  1. We use the tag system heavily operationally, so all our team members need to be able to see tags. I would like to restrict service providers to limiting client contact information for important security and business protection reasons, but I can't because they would lose tag visibility which they need to perform services accuratly. Separating this in permissions would be a HUGE win for us.

  2. Would like to have a gift card sales only report (no other products or types to filter out or need to manually adjust)
    - show gift cards sales totals
    - show gift card card values and discounts
    - show if cards purchased online or retail with ability to filter by dates

  3. Ability to limit the # of add-on service options required to book (e.g. minimum and max) an appointment. Ex. 1 add-on for a 60-minute massage vs 2 add-ons for 90-minute massage.

  4. When editing client or product details, there is no warning if you close the popover without saving your changes. The system knows there is a change because it highlights the "save" button, so it should be able to alert me if I didn't click the save button before leaving.

    It isn't often, but I occasionally leave the screen thinking I saved the changes and they are all gone forever.

  5. Schedule alert visibility on charts without being visible once chart is submitted. This can decrease errors related to charting, medication, services, etc.

  6. It would be helpful for us to have the ability to block certain staff members from viewing other staff members synced calendars.

    Additionally, a privilege group that would allow us to provision this would be great.

  7. Have a Prep Time option for services. We have a shorter transition time for most of our services. However, we have a couple services that need more time to set up. We arent able to predict what services may come before it which would mean we may have a shorter time to prep for that service.

  8. Printing anything on is so hard. Please make it easier to print any no show list. Cancellation list or even service pricing. Printing is so difficult here!!!!!

  11. I would love to see us collect more data, I want to be able to mark client details fields as mandatory - this would also allow us to build better audiences. For example First Name, Last Name is mandatory but also we want to make birthdays, phone numbers and emails so that patients can be contacted for reminders or marketing etc.

    I need this to hold my staff responsible for collecting it as well.

  12. It would be great to be able to go to the Client tab and choose Member under the "add filter" section. This would help us filter through more efficiently and keep up with membership status, unused vouchers, communications, etc...

  15. Dear System Provider, As long-term users of your system, we deeply understand the importance of clarity and simplicity in daily report management. Based on this, we would like to propose the following suggestions to further enhance the system’s functionality in performance management:

    1. Fixed Commission Calculation for Employees: Currently, the system primarily supports commission calculations based on a percentage. However, our spa determines commissions based on employees’ working hours and levels with a fixed amount. Therefore, we suggest adding a fixed commission feature to accommodate different employment structures.

  16. We would like a way to limit the amount of clients who can book for a specific service in a given time range.

    This would allow us to run "Class" type services and limit the amount of users who can purchase this service and ultimately attend.

  17. When I try to print reports they download very small, I can't read the report. Even when I try to mess with sizing on printer. Can you adjust these report to open bigger?

  18. When patients cancel online them, ask them to select a reason for cancelation and prompt to reschedule. It would be nice if we could change the options for cancelations. Thank you!
