    To implement new safety measures to protect company data, specifically by managing access to the newly updated Clients tab and the ability to create and view targeted audiences.

    Background:
    With the recent update to the Clients tab, users can now 'drill down' into client data and create targeted client lists. Previously, a client list with 12,000 entries was not very actionable, but with the new update, users can filter and extract valuable information. This poses a potential risk if sensitive data falls into the wrong hands.

  4. We REALLY Need a report that shows all new SCHEDULED bookings are made in a given time period -- broken out by Self-Booked or Other (Called In) -- and filtered by New Clients vs. Returning Clients.

    We are ramping up our marketing efforts and we need to see how those efforts are performing. We can see the number of self-booked clients by observing cart_completed in GA, but that isn't sufficient. Help!

  8. The business would like to be able to view a list of clients who have or have not completed any client forms.

    Right now you can only view on an individual basis through the client profile.

  9. It would be nice to be able to see the change a guest should receive back after checkout is complete, not just before. It would also be nice to see gift card balances afterwards as well. Sometimes providers get a little click happy and it would save time to have that information on the screen still instead of having to look up the gift card balance or pulling out the calculator.

  14. Would love to still be able to see prior employees previous schedules on the calendar even after they're removed from the system/disabled access. There might be a way to see it in a report, but it's helpful to see on the calendar day to day to help establish forecasting the business patterns. This would also help in rescheduling any future clients that are on their books without having to run a report & then go into the client profile to reschedule.

  16. Keep the original membership charge date despite the card being charged later. no other system changes it like boulevard. booker, vagaro, etc all leave the original date despite the charge date. its labor intensive to have to manually update this every month.

  17. It would be helpful and make life easier if we could link a credit card from one profile to another. For example if a client's parent would like to pay for their child's services and there's no CC on child's profile but a CC on parent's profile, if we could link the card to the child's profile instead of having to retrieve the CC via phone with parent at checkout. This feature was something we could do on Booker booking software.

  19. It would be nice if the system was smart enough to apply a 90-minute voucher to a 60-minute appointment and then have a 30-minute remainder. On the same topic, it would be very convenient if the system was smart enough to know that if a client has a voucher in their account that could be used to partially pay for a service that you would be given the option to do so. It something isn't exactly the same price then potential payment options are ignored.

  20. Need the ability to exclude members or limit the audience for promo codes;
    Need the ability to create unique codes (9-digits, etc.) for promo codes; Add the ability to select specific locations from a dropdown menu; Add the ability to select a specific promo code from the offers menu and drill down data to the location level from offer code redemption
