One-Time Text Messages
The client would like to be able to send mass text blast to their clients.

We often have replies to phone calls or other messages that we want to text. Sometimes these aren't tied to a client at all, or we don't even know their name. It would be nice to be able to text without having to create a client with a name like "voicemail person1"

We have more responses from text messaging our specials versus email which very few of our clients even open or goes into spam or promotion email which hardly anyone sees. Currently have to have pay additional to have this outside of Blvd. Would be nice to be able to text specials to our clients directly from Blvd.

Adding the ability to only mass text a certain day's clients would be nice as well. This was we can let people know if we're open when it snows or something similar.

I had a separate marketing suite with the previous company I was with that allowed for text campaigns/email campaigns/ and rewards points. Any open appointments would fill up immediately after sending a text blast. Without that service, it's been difficult getting open spots filled which is affecting our bottom line.

Also, flat rate pricing not this $2 within 7 days of receiving...... I have paid Social Media and Search ads and Billboards. It's just one contact point. If they click a link in a marketing email or SMS, then sure add a charge. Otherwise make it flat rate.....

with most people using email for work it is important that we are able to show up via text as well. This allows us to stay top of mind for clients.

Similar to email blasts, there should be a text message blast option. This would be extremely beneficial for both clients and businesses.

To have automated, MMS/Hyperlinked, targeted text campaigns. To be able to have automated texts for things such as birthdays, rescheduling reminder, lost customer, etc. As well as the ability to create targeted text marketing campaigns that contain hyperlinks and images for more dynamic and effective marketing. Also the ability to send them to customers based on specific hair type/need and other filters to make campaigns more targeted and specific.

Clients don't always check their emails and/or prefer texting so it'd be great to be able to set a text and send it to a large group
