Text Reminder for incomplete forms
We can select specific appointments or all for clients who have incomplete forms. It will help with timing, as many clients run late or come exactly at their appointment time or do not read their emails. Especially if we are closed and our 10 am client affects the whole day. We like the forms complete also for our therapist to print or review their new client's information.
Example of what we send out...
"Hello - This is <BUSINESS NAME> sending a friendly reminder that you have incomplete intake forms in your email. Please take your time to complete these forms, prior to your visit. If you are having any issues accessing or completing these forms, please contact us so we may assist you. We kindly ask that you fill out your forms prior to your visit to avoid your appointment being shortened. Thank you for your understanding!"
However, if we are closed on Sunday and Monday our Tuesday appointments won't receive this text from our front of house.
Customers using booking confirmation texts can now send a forms reminder with link to outstanding forms, to SMS-subscribed clients. Click "Resend forms reminder" from the "Edit appointment" window.

Clients rely more on text than email notifications and are more likely to see them.

The email that gets sent to the client does not specify that the forms need to be completed- it just asks them to confirm the appointment and then when they click on it, it shows forms outstanding.
Please change the email to say "FILL OUT FORMS" because some clients have already confirmed their appointment, so a second confirmation is just confusing to them and do not understand that they need to click it to fill out forms

The manual form step is not helpful in this case. If you have any volume of clients/appointments, it is a HUGE time suck to review appointments for forms and text clients to remind them to complete them. Even then, we don't know if the client does it. Salons don't have the margin to staff this kind of work at scale.

We should be able to set up an automated, same day text message that is sent to clients who still need to fill out their intake form(s) before an appointment. Ideally, there would be a link in the text message to the intake form.

We need to have the ability to resend forms to clients who have not filled it out prior to their appointment. We have very important information that we need and it takes too much time if they show up and have to fill it out at the front desk, especially if they are running late.

the ability to have certain forms signed when making appointments
EX: cancellation policy form right before appointment is completed. for 1st time clients. -

It would be great if we could resend forms whether its text or email.

Just to add to the "solution". The text message can have a url link that will be clickable where client can fill on form immediately.
Sending a text message to remind them of an email is silly. But a direct link in text to form would benefit all salons.

It's frustrating how many steps it takes to get a form signed. We use forms for signing up a memberships and it should not take 10 steps. We have to train our staff on this process. I feel like our staff either don't feel confident in signing up a membership or they forget to have the client sign a form. It should be as easy as texting the form right away or clicking a button on their profile to pull it up on the ipad. The information should then get automatically updated to their profile.

This is not just for client self-booking but it would be nice to have a text message sent out with a link to the forms to complete, most of our clients don't look at their emails.

It would be great if there was an option to send a reminder to clients to fill out their forms. There's only the "send email confirmation" button right now, but rather than resend that entire email we should be able to send a dedicated form reminder email and text.
