the cancel and charge wouldn't allow another client to book unless its too last minute to fill. we should have the NO_show show up in their profile so that we know about their booking history. other scheduling systems ive used allows us to rate the clients bookings whether they show up on time or no show. we can rate them and can limited them from booking online. must go through receptionist for future bookings

We are closed Sundays and Mondays.
Clients should only be allowed to add themselves to days we are operating only!
clients are adding themselves to Sundays and Mondays then we have to text them to let them know we are closed.. kinda looks unprofessional and a hassle.Anita Rabie

how to turn off the online booking option for certain clients or certain stylists. lets say they are chair rental and you want the new clients to go to your commission stylists, or a stylist isn't taking any new clients.
