Hey folks! Today we released a related feature: the schedule view.
Accessible from either the Front Desk or Calendar views, you can select "Schedule" to view a list of any day's appointments and filter that list by the form's status. This will make it easier to see when staff or clients complete a form or chart, or who still has items outstanding. Learn more here, and we hope you enjoy!

Need notifications when a customer has completed forms prior to their appointment to review to see if appointment needs changed.
We need to know the content of the form days before they come in.
We need to make sure they are:
Booked properly
Good fit - ex box color use. It’s too late to fill a form in the salon.
We need the form filled immediately when booking (1) and when completed our front desk should be notified with a proper notification (2).

Important features to add:
- Loyalty Points usually have expiration dates, would like to see more visibility on posted expiration tdates-Point system is currently not part of the emails to customer or communication -this is important. To be able to pull data into marketing campaigns be able to embed a code or link so they can hover/click to see their current LP status
- Need prominent call to action - communications to clients to improve and get attention on the LP program
-Would like Appointment reminders to show- a notification in the email. It would like nice to see the LP point reminder status
- Add custom formula to sync available LP- in the Receipt Notes section of the MANAGE location > DETAILS > section

Well considering the closest competitor that rimes with Mints offers FREE texting included. It's about time Boulevard to adjust this egregious price gouging.
