  3. Apparently when a customer has an account with a different business using Boulevard, their CC will not appear in your system when they book online. We are supposed to just TRUSt that there will be a CC to charge in case of a no-show. Can't it at least show that there is a card on file???

  4. add a comment area when there is a change to the inventory. Like when i am recounting, a note would be nice. Or loss, to know its because its expired would be nice

  7. Modifiers are set up so much better than add ons by the way they are inside the service time. They just need to be able to be tracked and for us to run reports on usage. We tried add ons and it’s a mess, TBH.

  8. As a new salon to Boulevard, we thought we would only use the stored card when prompted or if selected. The checkout is vague and we have mistakenly charged the card on file. Some clients prefer to use a different card than the one stored. We do not like the extra fees involved with using the stored card.

  9. I'm not sure if there is an error or how forms are currently built. We send Pre-Appointment instructions and Post-Care instructions. These don't need to be completed or signed. On the client side, they see these forms are not completed and it's very confusing for them. There isn't anything that needs to be completed since they're instructions.

  10. I would like to see it as at least a privilege option that we can activate-- This way it's easy for them to replace appt times in the case of a cancelation or offer alternative times/accommodate if they decide to do so.

  12. It would be so useful if we could set tags/emojis to automatically add to profiles or appointments, just like for the membership one but if we could do it ourselves we would use it for other things, too! Similar to offer codes, how those can be applied to certain things automatically.

  14. The business would like the ability to reset or a delete all feature for the waitlist. They said they have 1000 plus clients on the waitlist and would like be to able to start from scratch or rest the list at any given time.

  15. We want to see data for walk-in appointments. How many does each shop get each month, are their trends between regions, do walk-in clients rebook, etc.

  18. Allow creating a draft of an existing form for editing. I tried to update a form and wanted to take my time with edits and created a copy of the form. Once I went live with the new form it applied it to every guest even if they already completed the old version.

    It would be useful to have some method of working on a draft of an existing form that can then be re-issued as the current form so it isn't sent to guests that have already completed it. (only sent out once to each person)

  20. It would be nice to have the option for the stylist to be notified via text when someone joins the wait list specifically for them. Sometimes stylists see their books differently than front desk and are able to fit them in.
