Training mode capability for Blvd
To train staff using a mode of Blvd that does not communicate with clients, service providers, and can do fake checkouts/returns.
It would be super useful if there was a way to open a training mode that allowed usage of the databases but was firewalled from sending emails, SMS, push notifications to all and allowed fake checkouts, returns, voucher creation and redemption. Promo code customization
More customization for promo codes/discount codes:
- Turn off or invalidate code in x amount of days, months, years, custom
** Specify date range of when code is valid
- Make codes service-specific so that it can only be applied if a client receives that service
- Make codes client-specific ie. for new clients only

Removing Checked out BUT cancelled Appts
sometimes accidents happen and an appt gets checked out before it has happened. Once it has been checked out it can't be edited or REMOVED from the calendar. This means other clients can't book this spot online

Move and resize time blocks by clicking them on calendar
Would be easier to do on calendar once the time block is created. Especially since it tends to start a break like 5 minutes before the hour which is annoying.

Apply an offer from the scheduling screen
Be able to apply an offer when booking - not have to go to the checkout screen. Would be helpful when using the "Booked forecast" report so that the sales income is accurately reflected and the checkout process is faster because its already applied!

Make editing service pricing more simple
Make a simple spreadsheet where service prices for all staff can be seen and edited. Make a system so you can have set pricing levels and choose all of those levels for a staff member.

Display (service + tip) total on Ipad
After the client chooses a tip amount, the Ipad should display the total. It's necessary for the client to know the total amount that will be charged to their card after imputing tip amount.

Backbar Standalone System
Most businesses use their retail products or have a separate inventory for backbar products. In Boulevard the only way to scan out or "checkout" a backbar used item is to run it as a sale. If there was simply a separate system that could tie into the products that could automatically zero out a retail product and pull from both retail & backbar that would be great. Running it as a sale messes with the books and the accounting aspect because more taxing.

Better navigation between message center and calendar
It's hard to use the message center without another computer next to you or another open boulevard tab. The message center takes up the entire screen. If you need to check a date, you must leave the message you are in the middle of, loose all of the content and start over.

Rather than only having one option for a WL date, a range would be helpful for clients with more flexibility.

Client Arrival
Allow for stylists to send some sort of "received" notification when their clients arrive. Sometimes they don't get the arrived notification so it would be helpful if they can send a received notification back to reception so we know they know.

Templates to apply add-on categories/services to desired main services
At this time, the add-ons and add-on categories must be individually added per service. We have many services with the same add-on services and we would like an easier way to toggle on/off rather than inputting manually.

Available times show first available, not current day
Once staff and service is selected, the next screen should show first available vs. the current day so clients do not have to click through each day.

New verbiage at online checkout
We receive calls weekly from clients confused while booking online if they're going to be charged at booking or after the appointment. When checking out online — looks like you're being charged that total. Google Analytics show that that step is the place where most people walk away.
There's a VERY small note that states:"Your credit card will be used to hold your appointment time and will not be charged until after your appointment has been completed." but even that is confusing if you're referring to the completion of the booking. Needs to be reworded

More options for promotions.
It would be helpful to have the ability to put a number of uses per client for a promo code, as well as add an expiration date for the codes.

Ability to track the transactional history of gift cards including applicable orders and remaining balances

"Modified by" signifier on appointment cards
Similar to how appointment cards show the details of who booked the appointment, add a modified by detail to show any instances of rescheduling.
