  1. Specifically for spas, would be great when booking or checking clients out if there was an alert to tell staff the client has never received a service from a specific category. Ex: Client only comes in for hair services, the front desk could make recommendations for facials or body services for a discounted rate to help upsell other services available

  8. So that businesses can differentiate their locations' set up. It might not make sense for all locations in a chain to have the same lead times, tipping set up, tipping amounts. The ability to customize this per location would likely greatly benefit each location. This privilege could remain in admin level somehow to avoid location managers playing too much with the settings that could easily have large repercussions for service providers.

  9. When we switch from 15-min to 5-min intervals on the Calendar view, the view is too zoomed in. We would like to drag and drop the appointment into a 5-min interval with the 15-min default view.

  10. On the Calendar view, the service name should be prioritized over client name in appointment blocks. Currently the client name is largest on the calendar view, and the service name is smaller underneath.

  11. Want to know when certain staff are running certain reports, when certain reports are being emailed to places, when those reports are being emailed where they should or shouldn't be. Also provides a clear understanding to staff that Boulevard is tracking these things and will deter employees running detrimental reports.

  12. It would be very helpful if when you create a Service Option group that you can use that same group on another service by toggling it on. That way if there are standard addon types that you create for Lashes, or Nails, or Pedicures, etc. You can turn on the option group for the service without having to recreate them for every service. I envision that the service option group page would just show all possible groups with a toggle on/off slider and still option to create new groups.

  15. At the end of the booking widget flow, the system shows the providers name they have been paired with. This will happen even if the feature is toggled off to not show staff names. This account has asked to have this removed.
