  3. In the BETA reporting It would be extraordinary if the sales reports could be filtered down to the most minute trackable timeframe. It would allow mgmt to see total sales for a given time frame further broken down to totals each week, each day, maybe even each hour.

  4. I have been at Lords and Ladies for 2 months and one thing me and other new people struggle with is not remembering to click a stylist when selling a product. My hope is that one day the system will not let us complete a sale without selecting a seller instead of it saying "No Seller" since I keep forgetting and it messes up the stylists commission.

  7. If we switch a client from one stylist books to another and they charge different pricing the system does NOT adjust the pricing accordingly. It keeps the pricing at the original price. We work as a team here, however we have different pricing levels. If a client has to switch to another stylist because someone is sick or for sake of timing. The system should automatically adjust the pricing according to the stylist when rescheduling.

  8. This would be super helpful for our company and anyone who uses third party coupons, promotions, or deals for a limited time. We have to set our service prices in a $ amount in order for our employees to get paid correctly on commissions even for a free service; If we could turn the pricing confirmation off PER SERVICE it would take out the issue of clients asking why their free service is a $ amount.

  9. We use the waiting list a great deal, so it would be a tremendous help if we could put a PRIORITY OR SOMETHING NEXT TO PARTICULAR CLIENTS SO WE KNOW REGARDLESS OF WHEN ADDED TO CALL THEM 1ST

  10. Returning clients only required to pay deposit as service is set up. This would help businesses deter poor attendance for first time customers specifically. Standard no-show cancellation fees somewhat work but the issue here is sometimes these clients' cards are non-functional and then the business is stuck with what in the end was a dummy booking.

It would be far more convenient to be able to see the service providers as well as time in the Front Desk view; clicking in to the appt works in some situations, but if a stylist wanted to see which of their clients were confirmed vs. unconfirmed they'd have to check all of them individually right now. Would also help front desk know which stylist to notify at a glance, as some stylists don't pay attention to their phones or leave them around the salon.

  13. For the client profile, we are very personable with our clients, and we spend a lot of time with them building rapport. All businesses rely on referrals and networking. There should be an opportunity for our salon to either add a picture of their business card or line of work that they're in or other customizable fields besides just "notes".

  14. We have many locations that are located inside of salon suites. Having a QR code that we can post at the front door for our clients to check in or fill out forms would save a lot of time, especially because we are in salon suites and only have 1 door for the room/suite.

  16. BLVD should never advertise me as fully booked when I am not. Many people go online to see what is available before calling. The lead time appointments , those that are in the set up time should be greyed out and show as call to book. You will make thousands more dollars this way. We have been doing this for 10 years...we know.

  17. When enabling a resource group for services, the resources underneath should be also enabled by default. Currently, toggling a resource group only expands the resource group but does not enable the resources in that group. Instead of relying on the toggle to expand the resource group, there should be another UI action that expands the group instead of the toggle.

    Having to enable individual resources per service becomes mind-numbingly unsustainable to get new customers up and running.

    As a business owner/manager/admin of the Boulevard system, I need to know when clients or a technician books an appointment so that I (i) know that the schedule has been modified and (ii) to double check that the client has booked the right service. It doesn't help that only the technician or service provider gets notified that they have an appointment; frankly it doesn't really help as they can see on their calendar view if they have appointments scheduled for the day that they are supposed to work.   20. Sometimes a stylist, booth renter or front desk does not enter who sold retail and this has become a huge problem. It is too timely do go thru each day at payroll and look at each order. Having an unspecified line with total and way to access all of the orders would allow us to properly put order to who sold it. Also a report to check for unspecified sold retail would help as well
