As a business owner/manager/admin of the Boulevard system, I need to know when clients or a technician books an appointment so that I (i) know that the schedule has been modified and (ii) to double check that the client has booked the right service. It doesn't help that only the technician or service provider gets notified that they have an appointment; frankly it doesn't really help as they can see on their calendar view if they have appointments scheduled for the day that they are supposed to work. I really need this notification feature right away. Please find a way to have all notifications with regards to the schedule also sent to the admins/owner/privilege groups.
