Vouchers should be visible upon booking and checkout regardless of which service is being booked.
After searching client for booking, the suggestions should include their vouchers as an option.
Also when checking out a client, all vouchers should be displayed regardless of which service is in use. This would give the staff a chance to correct the service and redeem the voucher without awkwardly having the client confront the staff stating "but I thought I prepaid this before."

Viewing all appointments under a specific employee
Would like to be able to see all the appointments that were booked under my name to fix any mistakes and etc. instead of viewing it day by day client per client.

Clock out for day option that blocks off rest of day to prevent bookings post departure
It would be great if there was an additional clock out button, "End Day", which performed a clock out along with a blocking of the rest of the bookable schedule for the service provider. This would prevent online bookings that obviously would not be possible along with making sure staff didn't erroneously book appointments where they aren't possible just because they didn't know a staff member has left for the day.

Collect a Signature with Gratuity or without - Option set during checkout.
Our salon is Cash/Venmo/Quickpay gratuity preferred. Enabling Gratuity on iPad checkout would allow our clients to take the easy route put Gratuity on CC and it is not really convenient for most stylists. However, for new clients, tourists or clients that forgot sometimes gratuity on CC is our only option. In our previous system we had the option to "Print with Gratuity" or "Print without Gratuity" receipt. We think it's a good option that would allow most salons flexibility with their stylists/clients.

Ability for stylist to view their service & retail numbers in real time + closed tickets
Stylists have daily goals when it comes to retail & service and they would also prefer to see their ticket totals instead of going thru the front desk and asking for a nightly report

Gratuity on Card or Cash set per stylist
It would be great to be able to set Gratuity option for each individual stylist - Credit Card/Cash. Some stylist's have established clientele that they taught to tip cash. The gratuity on Credit Card will just allow these clients to take the shortcut and add it on the Card as it's more convenient.

Allow booking widget workflow to be specific to service provider where a link would take a client to the services specific to the service provider and then to appointment availability to allow service providers to easily share with clients.

Have a business-wide setting to only show first name or nickname for online booking.
For multiple reasons it would be great to be able to set names to only be first name, or their nickname (EXTERNAL). This is mostly for stylist safety, but having the option of making an external nickname would be great considering leaving the last name on internally is great for reports.

Hourly, salary, and/or commission - Calculating pay rate based on performance.
I have spoken to a few prospects that say they pay when credit is due or they get a commission once their hours are hit. For example, someone will either get paid their hourly rate or their commission rate (whichever is higher that week).

Allow clients to be able to jump ahead to see the stylists' availability
Rather than scanning day by day to see the stylists' availability, the client should be able to jump ahead whether it be a week, two weeks, three weeks, etc.

Ability to pop cash drawer with cash transactions
To eliminate people opening cash drawer with a key. You should be able to specify your printer and when closing shift or taking cash transactions the drawer should automatically pop open.

Online Reputation
We thought that there was going to online reputation support when we switched over. One of the big things for us with Phorest was have the ability to with one click I could post in salon reviews to google. The new review service is nice on the receipt but we have not gotten any feed back yet. Maybe having it in another email titled different asking for reviews would be more affective. Our old ask for reviews was also in text message as well and we got tons of feed back.
