  1. We offer packages for 50 or more wash & blowout services and currently to do so we had to add 30 vouchers of the service and then 20 vouchers of the service. Would prefer to not have a limit and just add all at once

  3. Some places have taxes that require a third decimal (8.375%). When entering this into the dashboard it rounds to 8.38%

    Though it still seems to calculate 8.375% at checkout it would be nice if that was reflected in the dashboard

  4. Ability to restrict application of a promotion to only when another service has been scheduled i.e. can only add a treatment promotion if a specific facial service is in the cart.

  5. When any service is sold out or not available the day they are looking for it tells the guest "No time available try another day". That is making it sound like the entire day is sold out when it is just one service in their order. Or there may be something very similar that is available. By just saying "Choose another day" that person may just jump to the next place.

    There should be a call to action for the guest i.e. "One of your services may be unavailable please contact ###-###-#### to speak with a reservationist". At least this…

  8. Would like to be able to have time at the end of service that the client is still "busy", but the resource is open. After a service we need some downtime for the client before they can start another service, but they're not using the resource from the original service.

  13. When working with a client it would be great to just add a product recommendation to their appointment ticket so it's already there at checkout and doesn't need to be added. Or at least be able to add the product recommendation to their profile so the front desk knows specifically what was recommended

  14. ...not sick currently, not in contact with a COVID case, and willing to observe the salon and local health department's policies for the planned appointment. (if the salon and/or business partner enables this setting).

    Depending on state, city, and salon; there are many concerns regarding making sure that salons are best equipped to continue on during this crisis. Having this prompt that the clients would have to check off or affirm will provide Boulevard salons one further thing to share with their staff and clients that the salon (and software suite) are doing in the name of better public health…

  16. Appreciate the current metrics available, but would like to have stronger insights into usage -- what services is the resource predominantly used for. Can see appointment and service count, but not service sales dollars per resource

  17. Within privilege groups/settings, give the ability to hide just the client's last name from a certain privilege group (stylists). Today, the options are to hide all client info or full name. Reason is to protect client details from stylists (concern is around stylists finding clients on IG/FB with first and last name).

  19. In practice, I understand that the current tracking allowed is injection of google analytics/facebook pixel per the booking widget in one instance for all locations. Would be useful to differentiate this per location. Additionally, it would be great to have specific fragment URL links to link directly to booking widget of specific location to save clients one further click.
