  1. my ical only shows one appointment time per appointment. if a client has an 11am lash appt, and a 12pm brow appt - on my ical it will only show 1 of the appointments and not the full range of time. sometimes the first, sometimes the second. so that i have to cross reference boulevard daily to confirm my correct start times for appointments. a seamless ical integration for multiple client appts per client would be beneficial.

  3. Currently, clients aren't required to leave a credit card if they're not booking fully and just joining the waitlist. It's counterproductive that it's the 'exception' to the rule!

    It's easier to book from the waitlist knowing their card is already on file instead of trying to hunt a client for their cc info last minute (since it's our policy...many times it took 3 days to get in touch with a client to add their cc info before booking an appointment) or maybe even collecting a small deposit or percentage of the service to join the waitlist.   4. Many times we purchase products, retail or backbar and the vendor does a promotion or monetary discount. It would be lovely to have a option to apply an "offer" or percentage discount in the purchase orders directly to maintain accurate reporting of inventory and their cost value.

  5. Or perhaps give businesses the option to enable this. Right now we are over quoting most deposit services just so that there is no shock with pricing on checkout. But with boulevard we are unknowingly making our clients think we are holding onto their deposits for selfish reasons. An option to have the remaining deposits refunded to the customers on this checkout would be great, also a prompt on the ipad letting them know this.   6. Love the add on feature for services, for online booking. But would be awesome if when booking on the app, or on the dashboard, or even checking out a guest that when that service is selected the add on menu pops up automaticall and you can pick the options that apply, would help the flow of appointment booking when booking clients, and would also help when a new stylist/employee checks out a client that they can add on multiple items to that ticket so they know whats included in the prices etc.

  14. if i run the mouse over an existing appointment that has an availvale time during clients processing.. it will not show the times when running the mouse over the slot that is available. it only shows the time for the existing appoutnment..

    would be nice if we didnt have to run the mouse to the far left of the screen to get the time.

  15. Possibly buttons side by side, one "Collect Gratuity and Charge" and "No Gratuity, Only Charge". We have quite a number of clients who tip outside of Blvd or provide cash (or gift cards), it currently is an awkward and ~15 second task of explaining to client to click no tip then pay. This is easy for our spry clients, but for our less so clients this hold up is very confusing and causes awk-delay.

  18. Hi! I was wondering if we could adjust how the waitlist is set up? I think it would really help if there was a way we could select how long we want a client on for (example: July 25-Aug 18, week of Sept 7-14, etc) so we don't have to go through the waitlist every few days and filter out those who's "keep on until" date written in the notes section has already passed a while ago, it would be more automatic.
