It should show the time they arrived. Useful for coordinators if anything happens and we need this information.

Give the option to adjust the add on duration time to more than just 5 minute increments.
Give the option to adjust the service add ons to be more than 5 minute increments. It would be nice if there weren't any restrictions and you could set the duration for any amount of time or if it was more clear that the duration can only be increased in increments of 5.

Attach order invoices to purchase orders
It would be nifty to allow the capability of attaching documents to the purchase orders. For instance, once an order is received, the invoice provided by the company can be scanned and attached to the order in boulevard. This could help in case of the loss of a physical copy of the invoice and keeps things all in one place.

Ability to leave running balance or credit on client account
Situations where client owes $5.00 and under. It would be great if the system kept record, so the next time they checked out, that balance can be added to the current order.

More than a 10-digits in a phone number
Hi, I had a client try to purchase a gift card online today, and they received an error message due to their phone number being 11-digits instead of 10. We fixed the phone number, but is there anyway that we can have 11 or more digit phone numbers added for international guests and clients? thanks

Add notes to forms
When we are doing consultations, we need the ability to add our own provider notes on the patient forms. Maybe out to the side? They don't always enter the correct details when they are filling these out in a rush, and we need to be able to add more information so that we always have good information about our patients and are treating them properly each time we see them.

Voip (google voice) Shows on caller ID
When using a VOIP the caller ID function does not work. For example, Google Voice, the caller ID will only show your google voice number.

Add more colors for staff members
As our business is growing we need more colors! It can be confusing checking people in and out if 2 workers have the same color attached to their schedule :) Even lighter or darker shades of current colors would be good! Thank you!

Rebook reminder texts with select client groups
We would like to send out group texts to clients for rebooking purposes. It would be great to be able to select a group based on their last appointment time and if they do not currently have an appointment.

Change the format of purchase orders
Ideally, we would be able to pull up our inventory and product lists by brand and then add them to a purchase order from there. Right now, it is hard to take inventory and then search individual products in purchase order section or "bulk add" and then weed through it to order what we want. If we could start a purchase order from the inventory lists that would be so helpful.

Ability to adjust resource schedule from the calendar
It is very handy to be able to click on a service provider to adjust their schedule in the calendar view. It would be very useful to have that same functionality for resources.
