Membership History
It would be ideal if we were able to see when memberships were paused and unpaused and who did it. It would also be great if we could see declined membership charges. All of these should be just under the profile of the member

HealthCare Tax Specification and % for SF Locations
Client needs to be able to add a Healthcare tax of 4% and specify that it is for healthcare for workers on receipts for services rendered at SF locations.

Rescheduling appointments between multiple location salons
Currently there is no work around for this, except to completely delete the techs schedule, delete all the scheduled apts, and re-open and re-book apts at the other location. It's extremely tedious and leaves a lot of room for error, especially if you're making scheduling adjustments for a big amount of time. The interface doesn't allow you to reschedule clients apts to the other location either. It's really inconvenient!

Report on Price Adjustments by provider
Currently able to track discounts, but no reporting to show when staff make price adjustments, how many, for who, etc..

Alphabetize staff in timecard and timeclock report
It would be helpful to alphabetize the time clock report or the time clock so that they are both in the same order. Right now one is by first name and the other is by last name.

Should be able to "undo confirmed" and "undo arrived" on/from calendar view.
Current workaround is to go into front desk mode and manually slide these appts back to the intended state. Example of this would be client comes in, front desk checks a client in but it was the wrong client. Service provider was notified, and gets ready only to find it was an error. Adding procedures to go into front desk view and correct the state is tedious and quite forgettable unless staff is vigilant or errs on the side of being perfectionists. Texting widget for website
you should have plug in button that we can put on our website that says "start texting" so all they have to do is press that button and it will route them to their imessage with our numer already there so they can text directly from the website like instagram has

adjust sales commission so it's based on products sold per month
Is there a way to adjust sales commission so it's based on products sold? We would like to edit based on # products sold per month. Ex:
- 1-5 products = 5% commission
- 5-10 = 10% commission
- 11-20 = 15% commission
- 21+ = 20% commission

Need to be able to designate tips to individual providers at checkout on the iPad
Currently only able to give one % to all providers. Would like to be able to customize tip for each provider involved in the appointment

Front Desk Reporting
Reports that show how many upgrades/per-booked services the front desk staff booked. As well as a report to show all appointments broken down by appointment type that they booked.

Reporting based on city, not zip codes
Would like to be able to search "Long beach" and for the zip codes for LB to generate. It's taking some time having to sit and lookup all the zip codes that fall under LB.

Blocked time for PERSONAL should not show in hours scheduled in Staff Performance report
When pulling report for sick time or vaction time accural, blocked personal time should not show in hours scheduled. According to state law, even if a stylist is not booked, but was in the breakroom waiting for a client or available for appointments, they are technically "on the clock" and should be accruing hours. I would love a way to have blocked time (when they are not on property) to not be counted in scheduled time when I pull the week priors reports.

Report that shows appointments made in order, by whom
This could be used during training to understand and audit the progress and accuracy of new hires during probational periods.

Time clock day by day totals in report due to overtime calculations
At the moment the time clock reports shows shift dates and their lengths and a total given the report's date parameters. In practice, one would run this report over the pay period and enter that total into their pay calculations. This current method doesn't highlight where overtime may occur. Having single day totals on the report, for instance each shift and then a day total in semi bold and then the total of all during the period shaded and bolded for the total; would allow salons to better see where these overtime shifts are occurring.
The process is currently manual…
