  1. If I type in a phone number to text in messages and I need to create a new profile from there, it shows all new fields as blank including phone number. Makes no sense to type a phone number to create a new client just to re-type it. Or if a new number texts us, I usually have to write the phone number down to be able to save all their info. Please don't make things this difficult as our time is precious as a receptionist.

  3. Offer codes should be valid even if there is no cost to the initial appt. Offer codes are a vital way to track where your customers are coming from as well. Some of us do not charge a consult fee, so if a new customers sees an offer on instagram and clicks to book an appt and wants to redeem that offer, but the book a consult to talk about it first, we have no way of tracking that the specific offer is what brought them in.     As always with Boulevard it may boost their bottom line with another way to capture text revenue, but it falls short from an end user perspective. There are suggestions that go back years about Duo that have not, to date, been addressed...   6. Our front desk computer runs Chrome, and we have multiple websites that require multiple passwords that are autofilled when we need to access them. Having to manually enter a password everytime is tedious and time consuming. On the downside, it means everyone with a BLVD login can log in to eachother's profile. This means receptionists have access to admin info and without logging out, people make notes under the wrong profile.
    There is currently no fix for this, but would be cool if you could come up with a workaround.

  8. We are an IV hydration and wellness center so it would be nice if vital signs were able to be put in automatically. Height and weight with BMI calculation is important because we also do medical weightloss. This is very important to have the BMI calculated for us.

  9. I would love to see a bank of Templates to choose from that are customizable. My former program had that and it reduced time making them. For a spa that has many, many services, it is very time consuming to make these. Also, helpful to compare to make sure nothing is missed. Just a thought That has been the most challenging part of moving to Boulevard.

  10. Have the ability for the client to book a "group" massage with the option for same rooms or seperate rooms. And make the group booking much more user friendly. Urgent need!

  11. If a patient changes which membership they are on or the cost of their membership changes, it would be nice to be able to edit the price that the patient is being charged rather than cancelling and restarting a new one

  13. Language choice when booking with auto translate. Ask client when checking in w/ phone number what language is preferred, assign an automatic tag or rule to distinguish client's language spoken/understood and automate translation of forms and documents in the chosen language

  14. When we upload photos into client gallery allow for us to choose multiple photos instead of one by one. My staff takes multiple angles for before and afters and this feature would be super helpful and not as time consuming. Thanks!

  16. Most of our staff uses the professional app in daily activity. We do not have a "front desk" so the staff has to walk to the back of the building to the computer to check clients out, wasting precious minutes of their day to stay on time. If the duo was professional app compatible, they could do that at their station from their personal device.

  20. Appointment times should not adjust themselves when adding items- such as bar items. Appt times should only adjust if manually adjusted, as when this happens it messes up all merged items/appt times associated with the guest's service.
