  1. Most of our staff uses the professional app in daily activity. We do not have a "front desk" so the staff has to walk to the back of the building to the computer to check clients out, wasting precious minutes of their day to stay on time. If the duo was professional app compatible, they could do that at their station from their personal device.

  5. Appointment times should not adjust themselves when adding items- such as bar items. Appt times should only adjust if manually adjusted, as when this happens it messes up all merged items/appt times associated with the guest's service.

  6. All services offered need to be an option under sales tab so clients can pre-purchase if they choose to. This can then be a credit/voucher on their profile to use for future use.

  7. We'd love the ability to create different referral program campaigns instead of the preset "Give X, get X%".

    An example is based on the number of referred clients, i.e., "Refer three, get it for free" - so once 3 clients come in through a referral, the referrer gets their reward.

  8. We follow up with our patients the day after dermal filler as well as 5 days after treatment, 4 weeks after Kybella, 8 weeks after Sculptra, and 12 days after Botox.

    If you could create a reporting system that notifies us daily on who needs a follow-up (based on those "rules"), and we would be able to mark that patient "complete" after follow-up, that would be a game changer!

  14. Considering there is currently no way to mass update unit costs for products, it would be nice to have a "save this as the default unit cost" checkbox next to the price when receiving purchase orders.

  16. Would be great if the purchase orders retained the suppliers name on the download versus our salon name. (Like what you see in Blvd) We use them to email the order in and having our own name when we download to send doesn't make it easy to decipher what supplier gets which p.o. unless we rename every purchase order.

  17. We have multiple products used with every procedure we perform. We need to be able to keep track of these products accurately. Once a procedure is performed, we should be able to attach as many products as we would like to any given procedure and accurately input what was used during the procedure. Also, there should be alerts attached to the products to inform us when we need to purchase more. This will regulate waste as well as streamline our operations to provide us ease of ordering and receiving. We will even be able to see what we no longer…

  18. Need to be able to access messages on the app so we can communicate with customers without having to login to the website. We are currently using another software for patient texting and it would be very beneficial to have all in one system. I need a platform where all employees can answer to the messages when we are logged into the app and we get a notification to our phone when someone sends a message.
