  1. Currently you can select your businesses gift card link to add to your website. This is great but it brings the user to a separate page outside of the business website. If there's a way to create a deep link for the gift card section in the widget, similar to the deep links for the service categories or services themselves, that would be amazing!

    The purpose of this would be to avoid having the client bounce out of the business website.

  2. allow for the creation of "other" payment types that are excluded from revenue calculations. For example, if we give our staff treatment benefits and want to treat it like a normal appointment for checking out and record keeping purposes, we should be able to pay using an "other" payment type, but have that automatically excluded from revenue calculations since there is not really revenue associated with it. Same for influencer accounts who's fees are waived and a number of other scenarios.

  3. We need to be able to charge taxes on gift cards at the time of purchase. Otherwise our system charges taxes at the time of redemption which puts the taxes on us or we have to charge the client taxes which takes away from the purpose of the gift card and is not a smooth client experience.

  7. Please make it so that add-on services can be added at check-out (just like we add-on retail products) instead of having to go back and edit the original appointment. It messes up the calendar and adds so much extra work for the person checking out the client.

  8. Be able to use a previous gallery photo in a current chart. We do not always get day of photos of patients and need to be able to use old photos in the gallery for a current chart. Right now, we have to screenshot the old photo and upload it as new. We end up having the same photo in the patient's gallery over and over.

  10. allow packages to be able to connect to inventory. Over half of our packages are items we need taken from inventory, would be convenient to be able to create a pack that connects to products and not just services. this would eliminate having to create a offer, and letting the package be a specific price.

  11. We should be able to fix a product that was billed out incorrectly IF THERE is not price adjustment. Patient billing should reflect the correct product. This should not be a inventory adjustment only.

  13. It takes so long to edit the appointment and it's showing appointments all over after the clients have checked out because of all the add ons. If you had the ability to add services just as you would add a product it would be a game changer!

  15. When opening the gallery to compare B & A the pictures (at least on an iPad) are tiny and hard to see.
    Please allow us to enlarge them in Blvd, or directly download them to iPad photos and we can use another app to compare them.

  20. We have 2 new providers with schedules we are trying to fill on specific days. As of right now, the patient has to select a service then choose provider which them gives the days available. The issue they always want to select the provider with the busiest schedule and we have no way to push new clients to the rest of the team. Is there a way to have them select the day first then to see who is available that day for the service they want??? Or, for us to direct link to a particular day so that we…
