  1. The link requires the person to have a Google account. Also it does not take them to the correct place. This should be a link that goes directly to the review page. Please add this option!!! The only current option is to go to the place id for Google. Instead, this link should connect directly to the review page. This would also allow people without a Google email and account to go directly to the page. The way it is now it asks the person to sign into their Google account.

  2. Be able to increase the size of the Before and Afters on desktop and ipad. They're very hard to see in the current state, so it's hard to point out areas of improvement to patients.

  3. During the checkout process would like to be able to exclude tax from normally taxable transactions. Some clients ask to ship their product out of state. In that case I do not collect tax. Work around is telling to create a duplicate nontaxable product, but it messes up the inventory and is not feasible

  5. I used to never get any disputes with my other credit card machines, Elavon. Im a little shock by the amount I have lost and dealt with on actual customers. I want to see if anyone else is seeing an up tick from Boulevard to their previous companies and why.

  13. Some stylists don't charge over Boulevard, so if there was a way to close out a clients appointment so it grays out so we know its been paid and taken care of instead of it staying the same color.

  15. Need to be able to delete client/patient chart forms - sometimes duplicate forms are started or started in error and then it isn't possible to delete the unneeded form/chart.

  16. Option to turn off and on the price in any form of text or email confirmation. We sell things in singles and multiples and patients are getting confused if they typically purchase more than on on why the price is higher than the text said it is.

  17. Allow an option for providers to see their own ratings without having to give them permission to other admin privileges. Also allow providers to see their own so they can reply to them, without them seeing rating that aren't theirs. It would be nice if the specific provider could receive notifications when they got these reviews as well!

  19. Support a device like this https://www.magtek.com/product/idynamo-5 USB-C credit card reader that works with the DUO App on an iPAD. We follow all of the best practices such as keeping the iPAD on all of the time, firmware updates to the DUO, and DUO app updates. We still have issues time to time with the BlueTooth card reader and creates a very bad customer check out experience. Thank you.

  20. Ability to create an add-on service that is not bookable until a set future date. This will allow time to market to clients before it goes live, and allow them to "book in advance".
