  8. When a guest uploads an inspiration photo, we should get a notification. some guests may do so even after coming to us for years. it would be nice to get a notification when something new is added to their file. Thanks so much for your hard work.

  10. It would be extremely helpful if the Client portal had a "Wallet" if you will. Where clients can add multiple payment methods for use at checkout throughout any appointment or checkout. This can help for outstanding orders or tickets that need to be closed due to a faulty payment method.

  11. Alle does not always play well with it's flash, rebates and GC's. A patient may not be able to use all at the same time. If a mistake is made, we should be able to make a correction as it is not a merchant charge correction. The need to REFUND the service (ie Botox) to fix this, then the clawback effects commission to the provider, none of this is necessary. we should be able to make a correction to a bill if the error is not on the credit card.

  13. We would like the ability to add the Discount perk type to a package. Currently this is unavailable.

    Additionally, there is no messaging telling you that perks are required to save a package - this would be helpful to add.

  14. We would like the ability to filter a the Client Records report by a Clients birthday month. The Report has a Birthdate column, but you cannot filter it - only sort.

  15. It seems unnecessary to create a package for each service just to sell a voucher. Please enable the ability to sell a prepaid service without requiring package creation. Ideally, a service should be rung up directly, automatically generating a voucher.

  18. I love the packages and the automated addition of vouchers when purchased. However, there are still plenty of circumstances where we need to be able to gift or add a voucher to a client's wallet for future redemption (customer satisfaction, an error was made during their service, their results aren't quite what we hoped, etc). Right now it takes way too many steps to get it in there correctly (purchase of a package at 100% discount in order to get the voucher added to the client - them manually voiding the extra vouchers in order to leave only the vouchers…

  20. Duo should link to mobile app or allow tap to pay on mobile app like Square features. Square allows you process the entire transaction from their app and its quite easy/helpful.
