Resource/Staff Unavailable for a Specific Time
Create a way to make a resource (or staff) unavailable for a specified time, not an entire day. Currently the system removes the start/end time entry when the 'unavailable' button is clicked. This would be helpful to make a resource unavailable for one hour for service or cleaning, create staggered lunch breaks for staff, or block time for a staff meeting.

Make a "Sales Summary" report in the Report section
The daily summary report is helpful to get a nice view of daily sales for an entire month. It would be even better if that report had the option to show payment methods, or if there was a separate report that included payment methods. A report like this would make it very easy to export a large volume of daily sales data for import into accounting software.

Currently, it appears that the system does not detect if a patient already has an existing account but creates a new one using a different email or phone number after being referred by an existing client. This creates a loophole where returning patients could take advantage of the referral discount by simply using a different set of credentials.

Book multiple sessions over different days
Would like to be able to book multiple appointments from the booking window on different days to set up consistent plan of care. I am able to select 6 different sessions, but it will not let me finalize a booking that's not on the same day.

Changing the staff scheduling function
In the staff scheduling function, If you change someone's shift to "unavailable" (they have requested time off down the road, they need the day off for whatever reason) If their travel plans change or the day off in no longer needed and they are available again... When you put their schedule back in, it deletes ALL future shifts for that day of the week, and you have to then go back in to add those shifts back in, but also have to now check the calendar view to see if there was potentially and other days that were requested off…

Pop-Up Alert for Clients Booking a Second Appointment on the Same Day
Display a pop-up notification when a client books multiple appointments on the same day. We've had instances where clients schedule with different stylists on the same day, and we don’t realize it until it’s too late. Or at least have their scheduled appointments listed when creating an appointment on the schedule

Break down Products into different Categories?
Currently, Boulevard categorizes sales into Services and Products. It would be incredibly helpful if Products could be further divided into two categories for more precise reporting. For example, in an aesthetic practice, we sell physical products that clients take home, such as skincare and hair care items. We also sell in-office products, like injectables, that are used on the client during their visit. Having separate categories for these would improve tracking and reporting efficiency!

On summary in reports can you add "Account balance/credit" as a payment method?
It would be very helpful so we can actually see what we made today, rather than having to subtract account balance when technically that payment was on a different day

Call attention to reason appointment won't book
When scheduling from the dashboard it is possible to view appointments without a client name, but when you try to book it takes you back to the details window to add a name. There is no attention called to the name area, you just have to know that is the problem.
The issue I ran into earlier is I put in a new client name, but somehow didn't click "new client". The name populates in the detail window, but the appointment won't book. (and there is no attention called to the fact that the name isn't saved as a new…

Enable double booking (specifically for blocks) or allow expanded description box on blocks to allow paragraph/line separation.
E.g. a block from 12-4pm can have a block double booked onto it to specify any further notes within the block period or a block description can be separated by lines (1-2pm: _______ (new line) 2-3pm: __________ (new line) 3-4pm: ___________) without creating a separate block for every hour of the whole block period

GC Search by Recipient Option
We would love to be able to locate a gift card by looking up the receiving client's name as opposed to the name of the purchasing client! (under the gift card section of the sales tab)

Ability to modify order or modifiers & add-ons appear in Online Booking
We would love to see customization of what order Add-Ons and Modifiers for services can be listed in. This would be specifically helpful when clients are booking online! Our hope is for our modifiers to show before add-ons.
Example, we would like for Modifiers to show for our SKNLAB service before Add-On's because the modifier section is where they will be choosing their service type.

Change the Link for Google Review Requests
The link requires the person to have a Google account. Also it does not take them to the correct place. This should be a link that goes directly to the review page. Please add this option!!! The only current option is to go to the place id for Google. Instead, this link should connect directly to the review page. This would also allow people without a Google email and account to go directly to the page. The way it is now it asks the person to sign into their Google account.
