  2. Sometimes all you have to do is make a note and be done. So how about we just open up our client, click their name and the ADD A NEW INTERNAL NOTE is right there???? how wonderful, skip the scroll till yrs past.... save the time!

  3. Currently, If 5 clients are booking but only 3 slots are available, the system will show that no times are available.

    This account asked if we could show what is available and give alternative times for the other clients that did not have the first time opening.

  4. It is important for businesses to understand the growth in use of these Blvd features to measure adoption and identify progress. My salons are gearing up for charging clients no-show fees and trying to get as many clients online booking or with payment profiles set up, but not being able to understand how many clients are actually eligible for this process that we already state exists in salon and through online booking still means that choosing "when" to start this is a gamble. Ideally we were aiming to start this once we are at 75% adoption.

  5. As a salon owner, im constantly loging into my admin account to check the status of the salons, i wish there was a way to have boulevard run on a mobile friendly version, rather than desktop. things are way to small to see and hard to navigate through.

  15. I am in need of a way to deduct the merchant fees from tips for stylists that are renters. We aren't able to use separate merchant accounts because I also take a small percentage for miscellaneous overhead and using separate accounts doesn't allow for that commission deduction. It would make it easier to just have it auto-deducted instead of me having to calculate that every pay period.

  16. Receiving alerts within a 4 hr window from when the stylists starts their shift would be awesome. They don't want the online booking alert on for everything because they receive a ton of messages from it. If we could have it for just a certain time frame it would be very helpful.

  19. The beta report filters for services only include the first 50? services offered. My list stops at the letter "F" I wanted to see information on Olaplex services, and I am unable to filter to them because the "include" filter stops at F. Please allow us the full capacity for filtering these reports.
