    yes. I have charged several people for a service when they had a voucher available. There is no easy way to undo it. II had to refund the $$ on her card, then I had to void a voucher since there's no way to undo anything

    When someone has a voucher it needs to be in my face so I will know to use it and not charge. Even better would be to have the voucher automagically applied to the service at checkout
