omg DUO is the worst. I have never worked with an terminal as bad as this one. Ours malfunctions at minimum once per week. it is completely out of control, and disrupts the flow of our day greatly. Support has been less than helpful with troubleshooting and never provides a clear response on what the issue is. It can sometimes take 30+ minutes to troubleshoot the device and figure out what was causing the issue.
Please offer a different terminal that malfunctions less often!!

Any update on this? This is so critical to the appointment book flow. It should be permission enabled so that only admin/management can reopen a closed ticket

if a staff member is checking someone out and rings up a product with zero stock, they should be warned that they are about to sell a product that is not in stock/the product should not come up like it is available for purchase.

When using the check in kiosk where patients fill out their forms, they should not be marked as 'checked in' or 'arrived until ALL necessary forms for the day are complete.
