As others have mentioned, patients are using the date that is prefilled and not actually putting in their DOB. The calendar is a great option for the date of signature. It should require the patient to manually type in their DOB at check in on our iPad. It should still be able to link to their profile. Manually going into each patient checking their forms and updating their DOB on their profile. This is money and time that could be spent else where.

We need this feature asap!! I have to have boulevard open in multiple in order to answer but also complete other task/check client profiles. A common example is clients messaging to schedule but some services clients have wait a specific amount of time before treating them again. I have to check when their last appointment was but when I come back the message is gone. Having several different tabs of Boulevard open at once is unnecessary. In addition, the message should only save on the staff who has saved it. Therefore, if one of our providers needs to message them, they do not have delete the message in order to message. The message could save as a draft to the notes like we are able to do in the notes but add this feature to the messages section as well. To be able to save it as a draft adding a button next to send and close or being able to right click on the send button then save as draft.

This is very critical! We offer $ for our members birthdays towards products or services and we have many members coming in a couple months after birthday asking to use it. If there was a way to either have a personalized code or voucher to be able to redeem at check out.
- Expires within their birthday month if not used
- Does not apply to gratuity, taxes or gift card purchases or be able to select what it can and cannot apply to
- Needs to be redeemed in the month of their birthday
- Being able to use for specific clients only - for example, we only offer this to members only
- They have a tag and/or another voucher that pops up under their membership voucher that states it is a birthday voucher not just a standard membership voucher.
- If it is a client specific code then there should be a way on the backend to see the code that they were given that way if it is a randomly generated code then we do not have to obtain code from the client. Its obtainable in their profile.
the biggest thing needed is a solution to offer this but be able to keep track because we are finding out people are saying it is their birthday when it is actually not. Having to make sure it is actually their birthday at check out just added to the list of things. We try to make check out a smooth and quick as possible.

In addition, being able to specify which services will prompt them for gratuity. As a med spa we cannot accept gratuity on all of our services. Therefore, we are unable to use this feature which we have to ask and manually enter for services we accept. For example, a client will say 20 then have to clarify if it is $20 or 20% which is very uncomfortable to do. So adding this feature will be extremely beneficial.
