I would like to propose an enhancement for our confirmation text system. Currently, users can confirm appointments or actions by replying with "YES" to a confirmation message. I suggest that we also include an option for users to easily cancel their confirmation directly from the same text.
For example, the message could read:
"Thank you for confirming your appointment. Reply 'YES' to confirm or 'CANCEL' to cancel."
This would allow users to cancel their confirmation without having to call or go through additional steps and improving the user experience and making the process more efficient.
I believe this small addition could greatly streamline communication and help avoid any confusion. Thank you for considering this suggestion!

As of right now, BLVD's checkout system while using a card on file is not very user friendly. When charging a card on file, it does not prompt them to the checkout screen like if they were to if they were charging card with the BLVD Duo. It just runs the card and says payment complete. This can create an uncomfortable situation as we have to ask the clients out loud if they would like to add gratuity to aesthetic services.
