YES!! BLVD needs to have one key identifier (such as the phone number that is less likely to change vs an email as people might use a work email or change their email - a cell phone number tends to be less likely to change) so that there is ONE consistent identifier and people are less likely to create duplicate accounts.

YES!! I recently migrated over to BLVD and I have duplicate accounts and it is causing issues as I don't see the history. It would be incredibly helpful to just see all my duplicate accounts so I can merge them now and get everything sorted out vs just discovering them ad hoc.

As a business owner, I'd like the ability to get an email notification every time someone books an appointment whether is was online or via my front desk staff! I don't care if it is 1000 emails a day - just give me the ability to get an email on books, cancelations and reschedules.

And please keep the colors consistent in the app and the desktop version. You are completely opposite of each other! Why is is gray in the desktop and then white in the app??? Makes absolutely no sense from a UI/UX perspective.

Totally agree with this! We want to send a "welcome to the spa email" to the new client and be able to add in spa information and things we want to highlight about our location or the services we offer that they might not be aware of such as memberships, packages, etc. Critical for a welcoming experience and client satisfaction

And can we please allow our team members to clock in and out on their phones!! We only have one desk computer and making staff clock in on the desktop app only is a pain.
