BLVD needs to have one key identifier (such as the phone number that is less likely to change vs an email as people might use a work email or change their email - a cell phone number tends to be less likely to change) so that there is ONE consistent identifier and people are less likely to create duplicate accounts.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sinead Norenius commentedYES!! I recently migrated over to BLVD and I have duplicate accounts and it is causing issues as I don't see the history. It would be incredibly helpful to just see all my duplicate accounts so I can merge them now and get everything sorted out vs just discovering them ad hoc.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sinead Norenius commentedAs a business owner, I'd like the ability to get an email notification every time someone books an appointment whether is was online or via my front desk staff! I don't care if it is 1000 emails a day - just give me the ability to get an email on books, cancelations and reschedules.

And can we please allow our team members to clock in and out on their phones!! We only have one desk computer and making staff clock in on the desktop app only is a pain.
