continue to get complaints from clients at check in for having to enter name, phone and email. phone number is unique identifier and should be enough

In addition to redundancies this also sets up DUP ACCOUNTS if client has an email typo or uses alternate email

this item has several varied entries and thus far more votes than it appears. PLEASE have the option to not even use email. Phone number is a unique identifier that creates far less duplication of accounts. Your system should be catching duplicates when an exact same phone number is entered anyway.
