An error occurred while saving the comment Asenath Avinash commentedWe would like to be able to view all of the automated emails that go out for booking confirmation, cancellations, receipts, etc and be able to customize those to our brand and business. Currently there is no way in boulevard to even see what is in the content of those emails.

An error occurred while saving the comment Asenath Avinash commentedclients get stuck in a frustrating circular dead end when booking if they want to change selections because the don't know that they have to click on the item and remove it from the cart. please add a trash can icon so that it is more obvious that they need to remove the item from the cart. this would make the online booking experience so much better for the clients.

An error occurred while saving the comment Asenath Avinash commentedMake the "first available" option more obvious in the online booking widget. The way it is now, it looks like you have to choose a therapist, which can lead to clients not seeing a bunch of available appointments. Can you make it more obvious that they don't have to select a practitioner and can just choose first available. this would help a lot with the online booking

Hey Asenath, thank you for all your feedback! We've noticed that you've left comments across several ideas, many of which relate to booking. We're doing a lot of research on the next iteration of self-booking right now, so our product team will be reaching out soon to schedule a call with you to gather more feedback.
On average, our default scheduling settings drive significant efficiency and increase business' service sales 30% in the first year using Boulevard. That said, we're also aware that the factory settings don't work for every business, and might not be the best fit for your business. With the latest Precision Scheduling refresh at the end of March, we now have more options for configuring self-booking, like adjusting the number of available times we offer to clients. A member of our support team will be reaching out to work with you on how best to adjust…
An error occurred while saving the comment Asenath Avinash commented3 hours after submitting this idea I received this email from a new customer:
"Hello,I was given a giftcard for your spa and am excited to book my first massage. I tried to book through your website, but it forced me to select a specific massage therapist and then click through individual days trying to find an open spot. I was not able to find any that work with my schedule. Do you have any available slots either after 6 PM on a weekday or anytime on a weekend for a 50 minute deep tissue massage with a female massage therapist?
Thank you,
Rebekah"This is what I'm talking about. If she didn't have a gift card with us she would have given up and moved on. It's a non-stop issue. Until you can get us a calendar view can you at least make the "select a therapist" section say "select a therapist or see first available" or something to make the "first available" option more obvious to people? The way it looks now, its easy to miss that option and think you have to slect a therapist which is a complete guessing game for someone just trying to book an appointment that fits their schedule.

An error occurred while saving the comment Asenath Avinash commentedWhy is this waitlisted? It's critical. It's cost my business so much. our 13 years of growth have gone backwards since switching to blvd because our clients can't see the whole schedule and all of the therapists' availabilty and it's just so frustrating for clients to do online booking. please, please, please, please fix this.
An error occurred while saving the comment Asenath Avinash commentedwhen we used booker, our clients could basically view an entire day's availability. they miss being able to do that. they'd often scan the openings with different therapists and choose a time and therapist that works best for them. Especially useful if they are booking for a couple. But now they have to choose a time without being able to see who all is available that day and at what times. Can they have a more comprehensive view of their options (times and service providers) before having to select a time?

Currently only vouchers are shared between clients with a shared membership, but we would like to be able to share discounts and account credit between two or more clients. Our memberships use account credit, not vouchers, which is super important to how we run our business and the ability to have membership benefits stored as a dollar amount in account credit is the reason we use BLVD. It would be nice to share that credit instead of manually moving between accounts, but the bigger help would be the sharing of automated discounts as our membership program is really a discount program. Having to adjust prices and add discounts manually for all the shared members leaves a lot of room for human error, especially when we have newer staff.
