We’ve been running into a recurring issue when one client wants to pay for another, and both have credits on their accounts. The system only allows us to access credits from the person making the payment, so I have to manually transfer credits from the other account to the payer’s. It’s a time-consuming process, and since managers are the only one with access to adjust credits, it adds an extra layer of difficulty having to get them to the computer, etc. I'm not sure what the fix is, but it would be helpful it it wasn't such a task to make said adjustments.
