When a client receives an email confirmation, the date and time should be a hyperlink so it's easier for clients to add to their own calendar app.
When closing out an order for a client and you add an assistant to the clients checkout on the reception app for gratuity purposes. When you press collect signature - the client should have the ability to add the tip for the assistant, rather than a front desk person asking for an amount or percentage as its very uncomfortable exchange. It should be streamlined and refined a bit more.
