When dragging and dropping appointments when client has multiple services one service change by 15 minutes, or moving to another therapist (Same time)can rearrange the ENTIRE day. It is very frustrating to have to keep rebuilding their day after what should be a simple move.

I think some form of pop up or checkbox option for what happens with an updated form would be great. I am never sure if it will trigger as a new form that everyone will have to fill out again, or if it is just going to change the current form and follow the original rules. Sometimes I want one, sometimes the other, and I don't know for sure how to get the results I want.

Having options for different types of cancellation would be great. I love the idea of a "ghost" appointment to show cancelled appointments at least for a period of time after cancellation. I also would love the option to keep a late cancel or no show in the schedule and marking employee time as occupied as these aren't the fault of the employee and shouldn't necessarily show up as open times for productivity metrics.

Choosing a length of block is easier. I would also love an option for "all day" that just does the open hours for the business (defaults to starting at open and ending at close)

I think defaulting to "sort by new" would help people discover things that they never thought of. When you sort by "hot" or "top" it just helps people jump on a bandwagon. When you sort by new you can find out that there are lots of ideas that you may support, but just didn't know to look for.
I also think highlighting voting and the option to add ideas would help with feedback, maybe when sending out NPS emails - have a link to submit ideas.

I have at least one person per week who INSISTS they already paid because of online booking. Clarity in this would save all of us lots of trouble in trying to find the transaction that doesn't exist.

It doesn't matter if it is from 2021. I am convinced this whole website exists so we can feel like we have a voice, but nobody every reads it. I have been asking for some rather basic features (turn off tipping for staff that can't accept tips!) for more than 5 years and have never gotten anything but crickets from Boulevard.
