   While I don't have a need for this feature, I am 100% behind anything that asks for more flexibility so the program can support multiple use cases! We all work a little differently and don't fit neatly into the same boxes!

    Our old software allowed this to be changed by an admin on each closed ticket. And it made payroll so much easier! (of course it had a true payroll system that provided everything you needed for payroll right in the software)

    With the new system of auto logging off and requiring the wait for a text message to log back in with 2FA a passkey would be a great way to keep everything secure and make logging in easier.

    We use TextExpander instead of phrases. It works in any application (or any website in Chrome if you use the chrome extension).
