Some of this is related to the fact that there is only one forward looking summary (that I know of) and no forward looking reports. Fixing the no forward looking reports would fix all of this for you as you could create the report and share it with the required staff.

Adding to the waiting list from the appointment search would be a great addition. So often we are searching for a service and times don't work but they want on the waiting list. Just clicking "Add to waitlist" and auto populating their name and the service would be helpful

I agree with major updates causing weirdness during the day. It has been a while, but I know we have had updates in the middle of the day change the checkout flow with absolutely no warning. It was just suddenly different for us to figure out on the fly.

I have had maybe one prepaid card work in the past year. I am not sure what the problem is, but it is awkward to tell guests that their "gift card" won't work and they need to pay another way.

This is a key reason for why I don't have marketing texts turned on. There is no clear cut way to ensure they are properly subscribed to one or the other, and Boulevard basically says "trust us, it will be right"
I would love for marketing texts to come from a different number just to keep things fully separate.

It is an added cost, but we use Textexpander, and it provides much more flexibility in autocompletions. And it works in any software, not just Boulevard.

I have said this for years. I feel like there is a disconnect between the engineers and the users, and the product team is just not making the connection.
I think lots of the engineers would be shocked to see some of the things we use as workarounds or the pain points because they just don't use the software.

We always want to upsell sauna and salt room as add-ons. Other software encourages this way to get more revenue. Boulevard has done nothing to allow this option. So the rooms languish and people miss out on great opportunities.
