The fact that inactive staff lose ALL history and visibility in the system has bothered me from day one. If you look at my calendar from when I first started with Boulevard it looks like we had like 2 staff members due to hiding everyone who has left. It makes it very hard to use historical views on the calendar and even some historical reports. And I have run into the same issue as you with trying to make an audience for someone who left.
I have a feeling this is structural based on decisions made at the foundation of Boulevard and will never change, but It is still super frustrating.

At least on Windows you can use "Win + ." to pick emojis for almost any text field. ☂ I'm not sure about other operating systems though.
Does not, however, help with pictures...

This is the biggest failing in the new reporting system. The old Summaries were real time and were very useful. Even having a selection of specific reports that are real time would be helpful. But not having anything that is completely up to date is a problem.

I definitely think there is a better way to phrase that if you want the message. But it is worded in a way that does make it sound unsafe to purchase them from us.

I would like this too.
As a work around: the new reporting system provides reports of time blocks in the past and future. If you can be super consistent in naming/describing them you can then filter the report by those names to get some of what you want to put in your other system.
It will not help with getting good KPIs directly from Boulevard though.
