If you are considering this at all pls have functionality where this could also be a super bill- we would need room for NPI of practitioner and location, procedure code, diagnosis code, svc, date etc.....much of the npi stuff could be added to the practitioners profile.

We never can use the auto-apply feature because we could end up with two codes used. Its a terrible customer experience to find out you owe more money. We only allow one code used at a time, or else we end up with crazy low discounts. The margins on massage therapy are very thin as it is, please add this toggle.

We mostly do cash due to the tax issue (thanks for working on that by the way) but we have a number of people who we need to put on a card. Its really annoying to have to go through a whole song and dance to fix it for one person and then put it back. Toggle should be at check out.

You are not going to get a lot of votes for this, because most owners do not understand SEO. It is critical you fix the after email in blvd or make it customizable. When I joined my reviews completely stopped and it tanked our search. I now pay for an external svc to do this which is not ideal. I have to do a bunch of zap work around. The after email has to be a phrase that drives interaction, like 'your feedback supports us!" and it has to connect directly to the Google page/review page.
We also have to be able to put a note in there that if you had a problem we would like to rectify it, please email us @....
They way it means no one goes on to post and that is really bad for a business.Beret Loncar supported this idea ·

The booking flow is hard to use...people really cannot figure out how to get things in and out of the cart...the issue is it is too sleek. Older populations have issues with understanding EVERYthing is clickable. They are not really going to catch up. Pls make it clearer.

This is a rather standard health care thing....This should be built just because its standard practice. Its like leaving legs off a table.
