An error occurred while saving the comment Beret Loncar commentedYou are not going to get a lot of votes for this, because most owners do not understand SEO. It is critical you fix the after email in blvd or make it customizable. When I joined my reviews completely stopped and it tanked our search. I now pay for an external svc to do this which is not ideal. I have to do a bunch of zap work around. The after email has to be a phrase that drives interaction, like 'your feedback supports us!" and it has to connect directly to the Google page/review page.
We also have to be able to put a note in there that if you had a problem we would like to rectify it, please email us @....
They way it means no one goes on to post and that is really bad for a business.Beret Loncar supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Beret Loncar commentedThe booking flow is hard to use...people really cannot figure out how to get things in and out of the cart...the issue is it is too sleek. Older populations have issues with understanding EVERYthing is clickable. They are not really going to catch up. Pls make it clearer.

We mostly do cash due to the tax issue (thanks for working on that by the way) but we have a number of people who we need to put on a card. Its really annoying to have to go through a whole song and dance to fix it for one person and then put it back. Toggle should be at check out.
