Send images via Contact Center

Business would like the ability to send images via the Message Center, currently only support gifs

    I would like to be able to attach an image like before/after images for my clients through the messaging tab, right now we have animated gif ability, which seems silly to have, since we wouldn't send too many of those to clients.

    We would like to be able to send instruction cards or treatment cards via BLVD messaging. Being able to send via messaging with client ensures simple communication.

    I would love the option to be able to send out BULK text messages to our clients and to be able to attach a graphic, such as a Canva graphic - in the text message. Sending out individual messages is great, but being able to send out a bulk text with a promotion or special message about closings or hours of operation would be GREAT! I have found that a lof of folks do NOT check their email, but they check their texts!

    We like to text our clients pre and post care which we have created in canva so its a picture format. It would be great if we could send it from the messages here instead of texting it to them.

    We really need this. The ability to attach files (liked PDFs) and images (PNG, JPG, etc).

    We can receive images from clients but we cannot send any in return. It would be useful in some cases to be able to.
