We are in desperate need of 2 filters. 1. do not email clients already booked. This would allow us to send out manual day of blasts. 2. Has not been emailed in x days. Spam is a real issue, I would prefer to not email people more than 1 time in 15 days.
For extra credit I would love the ability to combine lists. Ie I should not have to email gerry and tommy's clients as separate lists...I should be able to combine them. Right now there is no AND / OR ability. So if I email 2 therapists' clients, it only emails clients who have seen BOTH. No bueno.Beret Loncar supported this idea ·

We get so many complaints about this. Many people do want the first available, but they want to SEE who that is. Or they will take anyone but "x". They have to go allllllll the way through the booking process to find out who it is. The worst thing you can do is waste someone's time. They are irritated just by booking when we get them. Please just add the names to the times. A little transparency would be nice. We have used 3 other systems and all first available appointments had the workers name listed, it is odd that it does not.
