  1. When running reports I compare my weeks and months worth of income data and there are times when orders remain open for some reason (like when I keep my order open until I'm certain I'm paid - at times people paying electronic payment I may have to follow up or pending payment if combining with another service the next day for example), going into the next day. This skews reporting when I want to run reports based on actual day of the appointment and not when the order was closed.

  2. Ability to create an add-on service that is not bookable until a set future date. This will allow time to market to clients before it goes live, and allow them to "book in advance".

  3. We use a treatment record with before and after photos at each appointment. It would be helpful to go in and rename the treatment record (ex: Filler and Skin Boosters, or Neurotoxin). When comparing photos in the gallery, I can only go by the date of service, not a description of the service a client received that date.

  4. We would like the ability to specify what Client information is included in the "View client contact information" permission. This will allow providers to see tags but not phone number, email or address of clients for example.

  6. Allow an internal note function for gift card purchases so that gift cards given for a donation to a non-profit or local fundraiser can be tracked even if the business doesn't know the end recipient. I donate to local orgs all the time and have no way of tracking which gift card number corresponds to a given fundraiser at the moment.

  7. This is critical as we have independent contractors and hourly employees and our hourly employees have the capabilities to accept walk ins/last minute booking however our contractors need lead times in order to make it into the salon if they are not here already, we need to be able to completely customize these options per employee profile or we run the risk of loosing business by setting lead times out so far or a client booking with not enough time for them to get here.

  9. Can there be a way to close out all marketing text messages once they are sent out, so they do not flood the open messages and then needs to be closed 1 by 1. There are hundreds.

  10. It would be extremely helpful if we could add notes to an invoice while the invoice is still open. Now, we have to close the invoice then go back in to the "order" to add a note. Our providers creates the invoices in the room with the patient so this feature would be helpful for them to add notes in the invoice for front desk to see or even for front desk to add notes.

  11. When selling products online through Shopify or other online stores, it would be helpful to have those purchases reflected in the clients' profile for their nurse injector or esthetician to review when the client comes in.

  15. It would be helpful to have a reporting feature that shows which clients have recurring or standing appointments and how many active appointments they have, within a range. This report should also identify which clients do not have any appointments booked out within the time frame, so that we can reach out to those who need to book out for ex. holiday seasons or during other events

  16. As a business owner it is critical for a lot of us who have booth renters or room renters to be able to properly collect rent. Having a separate spot to be able to collect daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly options and be able to set it to autopay on set dates. We need to be able to run reports for this information as well to properly track for our taxes as well as provide this report to our renters for their taxes.

  17. The middle initial from the forms does not link or show up on the client profile so clients with same name can get confused easily. The only way for it to show on the client profile is to add it to the first name field.

    1. When marking up a face sheet- allow the patient name to be viewable when the image is selected.

    2. Update dot sizes, the pencil size is really too small for average facial markup and the one with units attached is the perfect size (but the units all over is too distracting) remove the units!

  18. I would like to be able to see a list of clients waiting for a particular product that is out of stock. The list should show the client's name, the product name, the date of inquiry, and the date the client purchased the product. If a client comes in and purchases the product, they should automatically be removed from the list. The client's notes should also reflect which product they are waiting for.
