  1. Currently, the membership fee collected is counted as sales, and when the same credit is redeemed, it is reported as a separate sale. It essentially counts the same sales twice. This is grossly incorrect, for both legal and accounting purposes. Please consult with your tax advisor and consider correcting the platform as soon as possible. Thank you.

  2. It would be great to have a section like a paystub where you can insert a note to each employee for the pay week. It would be great to write reminders or correction reason on their report. I had an incident where my stylist added her tip with all her service charge, I don't take tip on credit card. She could have received her commission with more money since she had already received her tip in cash from the register. A reminder in a note section would clarify the difference in pay before assuming she was missing money from her…

  4. I wanted to share some feedback on the appointment booking interface. The new drop-down style for selecting times is more tedious compared to the previous clock format. The old version, where you could simply click the hour and then the minutes, was much faster and more intuitive—especially when scheduling multiple clients back-to-back. Bringing back the clock format (or at least offering it as an option) would really improve efficiency and make the booking process smoother for stylists on the app.

  5. it would be great if there was a mass edit option for products. For example, if a brand increases prices for the year, if there was a mass edit option, the whole page would be editable and you could just go down the price row and edit all at once and then save instead of having to go into each item separately.

  6. We have had clients book online and not input a new credit card because Boulevard had a card on file. The card on file is expired by more than 12 months. Please either delete the card on file after the expiration date, or require a new card when booking online if the card on file is expired.

  8. Add additional availability on professional app. When we see we're booked up for the day, service providers want the ability to add additional availability to accommodate more clients.

    Right now, this can only be done via the desktop (Adjust shift)

When adding a location to an existing provider &/or when making adjustments to service customizations it would be great if the service settings could be set at the employee level instead of the location level as their assignability, pricing and timing remains the same across locations for the most part.

  11. UNIQUE discount code that can only be used ONE time, ability to create a code like a referral code that is unique to a person that can only be used once. Imagine you can gift something like an IV to a friend

  12. The new expiring forms feature is wonderful, however we would like our clients to be able to review their previously filled out intake forms and then update any changes they have rather than filling out a whole new form.

  13. have the ability to schedule reoccuring appointments and reoccuring blocks. If a client wants in every 4 weeks on monday at 4pm with a certain service provider for 1 year or never ending it would be great to not have to manually enter every single appointment for them!
    Same with reoccuring time off/blocks to schedules!!!!

  14. Whenever you hit select time on calendar, resources are not being applied. It would be great if it still pulled resources when booking that way. It should also notify you if you are overlapping resources to confirm if you want to do that.

  15. The current system allows more pedicures to be booked than we have chairs available. Causing us to have to reschedule clients to another time and/or day. This happens with online booking as well as in house booking.

  16. It would be great if, now that memberships & packages are not under the product category, they did not contribute to loyalty points earnings. The only setting options are services and products, and if membership charges contribute to these, it skews the program to the point that we cannot use it. We'd really like to incentivize our clients to purchase retail with the loyalty program but can't enable it with the current settings.

Okay so I know that clients can go online and book an appointment under their own profile for their friends, family, etc. and it will show up as the guest's name coming in with "guest of original clients name" underneath it. I would love a way on the businesses side to be able to book a guest under a clients profile without having to make an entirely new profile for each and every guest. In case this doesn't make sense, here is an example - we have many clients who come for services and also have their children come in…
