  1. when looking at service/product catalog or staff members, inactive profiles are unnecessary so a filer would be helpful. Not all records reports have an "active" column so it isn't always actually even clear what is active or not.

  2. Updating a past product / package sale for example will move the sale in reporting from the date of sale to the date it was updated for said provider.

    This essentially invalidates past iterations of said report and can cause issues with accounting. We would like an option to turn this behavior off or an offering of a solution.

  3. Could we add a feature to the cancellation tab that allows for direct follow-up with the client? It would be helpful if this also reflects the client's response or status change, so we can track engagement and offer rescheduling opportunities in a streamlined way.

  5. Some stylists don't charge over Boulevard, so if there was a way to close out a clients appointment so it grays out so we know its been paid and taken care of instead of it staying the same color.

  6. If you create a client from the checkout window and do not click "Save Client" before processing the payment the system does not save the client (Even if you click "Save Client" on the following screen (Where you can print a receipt)).

    This can leave an order without a client even when you intended to add a client and in fact clicked "Save Client"

    Being able to add a client to an order that doesn't have a client assigned would fix this issue. Making a permission level for this would prevent fraudulently assigning clients for loyalty purposes.

  7. Right now, I have to figure out a way to get forms to clients when they sign up for a membership, and there's no decent automated workflow available for this. It is cumbersome. So instead of trying to automate it, I send the forms myself... but this is counterintuitive for someone that is actively purchasing a membership, spending the money, and then receiving a contract to sign later on - after they've already committed themselves. It needs to happen in order, in the same workflow process.

    A new membership purchase might not be caught until later on in the day…

  8. The tags should only show up under a select service even if it's the same client. For example, if a couples is getting a couples massage and then getting facials after, the "couples" tag also shows up under the facial services when we only use the couples tag to let our massage therapist know there in couples room.

  11. If you charge clients a no-show fee in Blvd, it counts towards your service and appointment count in all reporting. This provides an inaccurate count of actual completed appointments. Blvd should have these fully separate, or have the ability to filter them out. No-show charges ideally would function more like a product sale.

  13. I know we can grey out a product by dis-enabling but I would LOVE to really clean out our inventory by removing products completely, especially because we have duplicates made on accident.

  14. Our old program had the client history tab - all history listed by date, everything in previous appts and purchases in one view without having to open the previous ticket.
    Makes it easier to see right away any products or services client had easily.

  16. We use the tag system heavily operationally, so all our team members need to be able to see tags. I would like to restrict service providers to limiting client contact information for important security and business protection reasons, but I can't because they would lose tag visibility which they need to perform services accuratly. Separating this in permissions would be a HUGE win for us.

  17. For instance, we would like to make offers limited by service provider -- either the providers who ARE available for the offer and the providers who aren't. In general, we should be able to customize our own offers much more granularly.

  18. Ability to limit the # of add-on service options required to book (e.g. minimum and max) an appointment. Ex. 1 add-on for a 60-minute massage vs 2 add-ons for 90-minute massage.

  19. When editing client or product details, there is no warning if you close the popover without saving your changes. The system knows there is a change because it highlights the "save" button, so it should be able to alert me if I didn't click the save button before leaving.

    It isn't often, but I occasionally leave the screen thinking I saved the changes and they are all gone forever.

  20. Schedule alert visibility on charts without being visible once chart is submitted. This can decrease errors related to charting, medication, services, etc.
