Blur out opened new booking notifications
It would be helpful if the notifications blurred out after they have been clicked on to be completed. This way we would not have to keep track of each name done as we've finished the prior person.

Referral program points vs. account credit
It would be nice if the referral program issued loyalty points that can be converted to dollars vs. automatic account credit. This way actual dollars from membership or account credits etc. are separated from promotional credits.

Zapier texting capabilities
Allow Zapier texting capabilities. Due to BLVD reviews not being posted to Google, we need a way to send a review request that actually posts to a public platform. Zapier can help us do that but does not have texting capabilities with BLVD.

Automatic Voiding/Deletion of Expired Vouchers for Recurring Memberships
Our business does not mind if expired "package/series" vouchers from a one time purchase are still displayed, however for our Recurring Monthly Charged Memberships that automatically add new vouchers every month, we would like for those to be automatically deleted from client profiles.
At this point, we have thousands of expired vouchers from active or in-active memberships that are starting to slow down opening and reading our member's payment method tabs. And deleting expired vouchers take a couple of hours per client depending on how long they have been coming.

Show Service on Appt History Log
Under history, it currently only shows the date of the appointment. Due to having many providers here, it would be very helpful for it to show the procedure that was booked for that day rather than jsut the date and time. This allows providers to do a quick glance and not have to click every date to find the right appointment.

access to forms and charts whenever we want not just with an appointment.
We need to have the ability to pull in charts and forms to all clients at any time. We have a lot of people that just pick up Rx's and I need to chart that every single time but they don't need appointments. So when we have a full schedule and lots of pick ups, it would make our schedule look CRAZY if we tried to schedule a Rx pick up every time. I just want to add the form or chart I need and be done. simple

Make charts and forms available to add whenever needed not just for an appointment.
We have a lot of clients that pick up rx and I need to be able to chart that every single time and that is not always with a scheduled appointment. It's very inconvenient to have to schedule appts for people that don't need them and then it makes our schedule look crazy trying to overlap our scheduled people with folks that don't need an appointment but I have to make one to get a chart or form to pull in for them.

Retroactively look at inventory counts
Currently, the Inventory on Hand report only shows the current inventory count. When you look at this report in Summaries, there is a date range option that does not impact the report at all. It would be extremely helpful to look at inventory counts retroactively to see what was on hand on previous dates.

Create an option to filter clients/patients by Gender or Sex. This will allow to create marketing campaigns for services targeting Males or Females specifically.

Direct URL per location for Boulevard users
The dashboard URL stays the same when toggling between locations. Since Hello Sugar has a single team that manages appointments across all 150+ locations, they would like to build a function between their tools that routes the employee to the location they need to be in by inquiry.
For example - a client from a Houston location emailed in needing help about their appointment, they can click a link there that takes them to that location in the dashboard. Then, they get a message from an Alexandria client who needs help. This internal function would take them there instead of…

Tracking hair color and other salon inventory
I would love for it all to be in one place. I am not interested in a scale or things like that more so to know what we've ordered and used vs. not. Not sure how this can be done but would just love a way to keep color inventory and things like foils in one place instead of adding another service for me to keep track of:)

Update forms
Following options listed below is not visible for the publish forms, we need to control the scenario's where can say "Yes" or "No" to any of the options below regarldess the forms are publish or it's in the draft mode. In the current implementation, following options only appears for the draft forms&charts
