  1. When someones booked for a service sometimes we need to add more to that appointment, so if there was a tab that popped up it would be so much easier rather than trying to click that sliver of space.

  5. We'd love to see bank deposits match the total daily sales amounts. We'd be ok with slightly delaying the transfer time if it meant that the deposited amounts (as seen in the Transfers section in Boulevard) matched daily sales totals. Thank you!

  6. It would be great to be able to set Gratuity option for each individual stylist - Credit Card/Cash. Some stylist's have established clientele that they taught to tip cash. The gratuity on Credit Card will just allow these clients to take the shortcut and add it on the Card as it's more convenient.

  11. It would be helpful for all staff to see customized pricing for the service when scheduling services from the dashboard. When selecting a service and then service provider, pricing should be on the appointment card directly to help in providing transparency to customers.

  12. Need the ability to control the window for online cancellations by clients - 24 hours is much too far in advance for a barbershop environment, we would like clients to be able to cancel their own appointments up to 3 hours prior to appointment.

  14. We receive all the information via email for cancellations but when we receive a text, the date of the actual appointment being cancelled is missing. So then they have to log in and figure out who cancelled. Can you please add the date so our stylists can fill their day?

  15. I would love an option when sending out weekly reports to service providers, to filter out orders with multiple providers. I.E., when I currently send out reports for service provider Megan, it also includes totals from orders where the client had services from Megan and other stylists.

  16. A lot of products have similar names - moisturizing shampoo, etc. Would be a time saver if the brand names were automatically pulled in so that when we are adding a product to a ticket we will automatically know its the right one!

    Would also cut down on us having to type it into the product name

  18. Major salons often have other locations abroad: Paris, London, Rome, Tokyo, etc.

    Right now we can't tap into these salons because our software does not translate to international locations. Having this functionality would allow us to go after these big fish and expand our sales market.
