Remove Suggested Products under client profile after purchase
The client profile retains/keeps the suggested product in the client profile even after the client has bought it. Would prefer for it to be removed once the client purchases it so they are not suggested the same product if they come in before their next appointment.

There are only some services in NY that are taxable and others that are not. The ability to be able to place the tax for the taxable services is needed.

Formula for utilization percentage on reporting should be (Booked) / (Scheduled - Blocked)

Service sequencing/priorty
there needs to be a way for certain services to be scheduled before others. For example: color should almost always be booked before cuts. Currently the services just bounce to the first available regardless of time or sequence.

Online Notifications
When we get online bookings , and it notifys us we should be able to individually mark as read instead of having to press "Mark All As Read" so we can look and mark off as we go.

Record of Change in Order
In the case of a refund we need visibility on what provider made the change. How much they refunded and for what purpose. Incase there's a mistake with the refund being able to see the trail of what happened would be helpful. Also to see which service providers are making the refunds/price adjustments
