Add order # to BETA reports "Discounts & Offers"
The Discounts and Offers BETA report is important to give us the data we need to report on total revenue a discount/offer code brings to the business and when it was used. The Detailed Line Item report gets us most of the way there but the offers are listed as "Offer-based Discount" and not the offer code/name instead.
The Discounts and Offers report does not allow us to drill down or easily see what order/client/staff it is tied to.

See active time
When Active column is disabled, we aren't able to see the start and end time for appointments. It would be really helpful if we didn't need the active column to see this information in Front Desk view

Keep "send" icon visible for messages when collapsing a checkout window
Front desk is constantly multitasking and the ability to collapse the checkout to send out a message would be very helpful for them. Currently the checkout bar blocks this ability.

Display notes entered by client for e-gift card purchases
When the purchasing client leaves a note for their friend/family in the "Include a message (optional)" section, this information is not added to the emailed gift card code

Notification for client arrival at front desk
When a client checks in via reception app, it notifies front desk (in addition to staff), that a client has arrived for their appointment.

Revenue Per Hour Report
A report that can show the dollars made per hour. They are looking for it to show the busiest/most lucrative time of day without having to view from the calendar view. Or a report that would separated per service provider to see if on average, their mornings vs evenings are busier.

Hot keys for appointment booking
With millenium, if a client calls in and requests a Nail appointment, the front desk can type control + N and it will show only Nail technicians on the calendar for easier visibility and booking

Forms - Group Bookings
For online group bookings: The ability for forms to be added/sent in email confirmations, to all clients in the group booking. Currently its only sending to the main client.
