  3. We have a client who books but doesn't show up, answers calls, or leave a valid card on file charge a fee. we want to prevent them from being able to book. block their telephone or email to be able to book in the future.

This account is asking for the ability to pick the amount of points being redeemed at the time of checkout as opposed to it redeeming all points available Example, from client: "Our struggle is we have some clients that are frequently in the salon but don't have any loyalty to a specific provider. They could end up with a free service due to a lot of accumulated points and the "lucky" provider they had that day takes the hit."

    Offered a work around for the time being.

  8. We use packages to sell prepaid series on a single service but that does not gurantee that they will see the same provider and the comission is that of a service, so being able to set commsion amount as well as attach a service provder to it at checkout woudl be helpful.

    We have spent YEARs offering this to clients and it has become quite a headache now that we have blvd. I would love to be able to sell a package of 6 massages and not assign comission to the the whole lump of the sale but rather as…

  10. In the Manage Business/Billing section, I would like to be able to print the Invoice Summaries for ACH charges made by Blvd. that are linked to our bank account. We require a paper trail for charges in order to reconcile our books on a monthly basis and for tax auditing purposes. Thank you.

  12. When looking at client history and seeing a cancelation, stylist are always quick to think they cancel all the time. Different colors for the different cancellations would be a quick visual to know why they cancelled.

  15. We're looking to add a service for a non-gendered haircut option with a range so clients don't feel triggered when receiving a gendered appointment confirmation email, so we can be inclusive of our nonbinary and trans* clientele.

  20. When stylists are busy working on clients & reception staff is busy, it can slip through the cracks when an appointment time has changed for that day. It would be best if the system automatically notified the stylist (via text) any time there has been an adjustment to an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time. So that would include cancellations and appointment start times.
