Ability/filter to see appointments that have been cancelled earlier in the day.
Walking into a closing shift where 3 stylists have called out means a lot of work on the backend when customers who don't check their email come in looking for their appointment to be filled and no one's here. Having cancelled appointments made easily accessible to see where they've been rescheduled to / the names of cancelled people would make tracking down individuals much easier. As nice as looking up by phone number is, it would be more efficient to see the cancelled appointment around the time the customer was expecting to arrive.

Show add ons and modifiers on calendar tiles
Staff are not due diligent enough to check for the add on service on the main appt and could cause unhappy clients. Making it more visible will allow staff to not have to make extra clicks into the appt to find more information about it.

Complete Bell Notification History per client
It would be great to have the Bell notification history under the client account. We need sometimes to see more than 4 days of notifications so a full history could go under the client account or even a separate Notifications History section under the Management Cog so front desk can dig in.

Color consistency when appointment changes
Thank you for updating Boulevard so that the different kinds of appointments can be different colors! It's a huge upgrade.
I would ask that you have consistency to the color changing afterwards... a simple lighter version of the color would be nice. But to change the tone of the color all together is confusing.
I like to think I am speaking for other very visual creatives on this

Commission Reporting of Cancellations
It would be helpful to have the 50% charge of a cancellation not appear as a "discount" on the service commission reports. Just a separate column that denoted "late cancellations" would be best in order to track it with how our staff gets paid.

Assign preferred service provider to a client so it defaults to them when booking online
Instead of choosing service first and then provider, most clients want to know when their preferred service provider is available to them. This helps ensure that our nail technicians develop strong customer relationships.

When ringing out or booking an appointment, add on menu automatically pops up like on online booking
Love the add on feature for services, for online booking. But would be awesome if when booking on the app, or on the dashboard, or even checking out a guest that when that service is selected the add on menu pops up automaticall and you can pick the options that apply, would help the flow of appointment booking when booking clients, and would also help when a new stylist/employee checks out a client that they can add on multiple items to that ticket so they know whats included in the prices etc.

Adding clients to the wait list
When booking clients on the wait list, there should be a way to add a client to mulitple dates rather than just one and having to go back in and add them again to the other date they asked for. For example add 'Jane Doe to the wait list for the date between 3/1 and 3/10' rather than having to go in and add her 10 times.
