  2. Would love to be able to access more client information on the app. Such as, allergies. Most often, I am using the app while in my treatment room with a client rather than referring to a computer.

  6. It would be nice to customize the defaults for printing receipts. We never need the merchant copy, but if you forget to tell it to print only page 1 you end up with a copy to throw away with each printed receipt. The location or business settings could have a checkbox for "print merchant receipt" default setting.

This account is asking for the ability to pick the amount of points being redeemed at the time of checkout as opposed to it redeeming all points available Example, from client: "Our struggle is we have some clients that are frequently in the salon but don't have any loyalty to a specific provider. They could end up with a free service due to a lot of accumulated points and the "lucky" provider they had that day takes the hit."

    Offered a work around for the time being.

  14. The default view for booking shows the first 5 barbers, but there is no scroll bar or indication that the consumer can scroll to view more barbers who may be availalbe for the day. This results in fewer bookings for barbers who are not in the "top 5"

  19. Would like an option to trigger a form to populate on the ipad for a client to complete. We had a client checkin and add a service which requires a form, but there's not a clean way to have them complete the form on the ipad. We have to put them back to Confirmed and checkin all over again
