  2. Right now even receptionists are receiving emails regarding appointment creation and cancellation on emails that contain the clients' name, phone, email. This is by far giving them permanent paper trails of the salons clients and is only paving the way for employees to leave and just look through their email archives.

    Although clients are shared between salons and their staff. I don't feel it is necessary to have the client data in emails that are by nature an export of data out of the Blvd ecosystem. If a service provider has access to permissions on blvd then they can ascertain…

  6. It is difficult to look at reports when there are a lot of rows of providers and lots of columns. It would be nice if the top row and the first column were frozen so you can navigate reports on the website instead of having to download to excel.

  7. By not separating our credit card processing fees from our nightly sales reconciliations you make it hard for clients to track and forecast regular/annual credit card processing fees. This is not a transparent practice - we should be able to see how and when these fees are changing - the current system is convoluted and wholly ambiguous. This should be a separate charge outside of our sales revenue.

  8. Hi, We've have a few barbers leave and reach out to clients through this share of client contacts. We want to be able to let our team add tags and client notes/attach pictures, etc for all clients. Unfortunately, right now to do so Boulevard also allows for them to see client contact information.

  15. Many of these have extra terms and it would be best if businesses could force that we have the client's total information and a functioning payment method on file, which would be guaranteed by shifting sale of these items to online only.

  20. It feels nothing reads each other. You void a purchase order but for the inventory count to reflect you still have to go in and do an inventory adjustment? Doesn't make sense. Extremely frustrating and so easy for counts to be off. Do not feel confident with my inventory numbers. Professional and Retail items.
