  4. I wish I could print out labels for the orders that we place so that I could label the products with the name as it is in our system & the price. This is so that the client can see what the price is before they buy it.

  6. This would be very useful for the first time upload of products to Shopify before merging data with Boulevard. Right now it is very hard (sometimes impossible) to get the information needed out of Boulevard and then to format it properly to import into Shopify.

  16. With the reception app, we were able to have the client select gratuity and then check them out via the dashboard. With the Duo, we now have to verbally ask for gratuity on all non-card payment methods. Would love to have the ability to send gratuity options to the duo app even for payments that don't require a card.

  19. It would be really helpful to have the ability to send a specific client waiver to customers by text and to be able to use Zapier to create triggers and actions surrounding waivers.

    Example: If a new appointment is booked, a waiver can be texted to the person. When the waiver is filled out, a notification in slack pops up.
