Be able to navigate through closed sales without having to exit out of each sale to go to the next.
Sometimes I have to go back and edit closed sales so that employees can get their commision. It would be much easier to do this if I could just open a sale and then hit a "next" button rather than having to enter and exit sales and lose my place.

Remaining vouchers or product units in new appointment window
It would be beneficial to be able to see how many vouchers or product units a client has available to be redeemed when making a new appointment instead of having to fully open their profile to view.

Stay on selected date when switching from calendar to front desk view
When going back and forth from front desk to calendar view, i think it would be helpful to have the date remain the same whedn switching back and forth rather than returning to todays date.

Stylist Service List Report
We need a report of each service provider's full list of services, timing and pricing. This is a basic report in every other software system I have ever used. This allows service providers and management to see only the services they perform, timing and pricing in a report. This allows us to easily print out and give to staff and use for reviews, and to write down any desired changes, before putting in the system.

Don't have an appointment?
iPad only offers Check in option but if you tap "don't have an appointment," it tells you to see a staff member. We are planning on scaling our salon concept to multiple locations and it would help us automate our processes if it could instead lead the person to our online booking widget instead of telling the guest to see someone to help them out. It would act as a self-serve kiosk in a way and that would be amazing. It would essentially eliminate the need for an additional receptionist.

Visual Analytics- being able to see the last 2-3 years against eachother
I would love the ability to see some of the sales data in a chart or graft. This is especially useful when comparing data over the years.

No Show fee
On the clients profile there should be a way to initiate a balance due. Maybe balance due can be inserted as a negative number under "account credit".
Or maybe there can be an option to add no show fee upon checkout.
Right now there is absolutely no option for additional fees that aren't taxed or counted as an inventory item.

Please eliminate the cash draw from being opened when reprinting an old receipt. Reprinting can be done at (any time) and theft can occur.

Show all booking notifications on one page rather than having to scroll through the bell icon in the dashboard.
