When i make changes to the schedule on Blvd i would like the option to publish the changes and alert the employee of her new schedule change.
Ideally the alert will tell:

Updating Sales Order without Updating Calendar
It would be ideal to have the ability to add a service to the ticket without placing it on the calendar. There are times that a stylist doesn't have time to update the ticket until the end of the service or they might have tweaked services but they can't tell you until they are checking out.

QR code for check-ins & forms
We have many locations that are located inside of salon suites. Having a QR code that we can post at the front door for our clients to check in or fill out forms would save a lot of time, especially because we are in salon suites and only have 1 door for the room/suite.

Notifications to Admin/Business Owner
Hi,
As a business owner/manager/admin of the Boulevard system, I need to know when clients or a technician books an appointment so that I (i) know that the schedule has been modified and (ii) to double check that the client has booked the right service. It doesn't help that only the technician or service provider gets notified that they have an appointment; frankly it doesn't really help as they can see on their calendar view if they have appointments scheduled for the day that they are supposed to work. ability to mark client active/inactive
We need the ability to mark the client "active/inactive" if they have not rebooked within a certain amount of time or expressed interest to not receive any emails or texts.

Report that shows all times a price was adjusted, by whom, how much, when, and for what service; with whom.
Many purposes, but mostly to find mistakes, secondly to catch problems, thirdly to find where more training is needed, fourthly to realize what must be slipping through the cracks

Clock in and out via reception app
Having this option would allow for more client/ business details to not be easily available to employees who don't have that privilege.
