  2. Example from a current issue: we have a group booking tag/emoji and it is supposed to only be added to appointments (not profiles) but it is currently on 185 client profiles. We want to remove this but we can't really spare the time to manually remove it form that many profiles, especially due to the fact that it could continue to happen and we would need to do all the work again.

    This actually applies to multiple appointment level tags so there are even more than that 185 that are effected.

  3. In the custom message via the online gift card settings, it would be great to be able to customize text, like add line breaks, bold, italicize parts of the message to make messaging clearer to clients when needed.
    For example: when running a gift card promotion with several discount tiers, being able to display those amounts and corresponding offers nicely in the custom message area.

  6. Perhaps make it an option in case some businesses don't want it, but we are constantly chasing ppl for their addresses. It's hard to remember at check in check out. Our old booking system had a flag/alert to remind you to get address when checking out so that was at least helpful. We send New Guest cards and Holiday cards out and none of our new guests have addresses on file :-(

  9. I sell a lot of vouchers and customers like to add the tip at the time of voucher purchase so they don't have to do anything when they redeem. If I don't get a prepaid tip, most often my providers don't get a tip on these voucher redemptions. I have to track this in google sheets now....

  12. We don't use Blvd's built-in cancellation fee for a few different reasons, one is because it charges service tax even though a service obviously wasn't performed or received. I wish we had the option to disable that cancellation fee in our dashboard since we are not using it at all, that way there is a zero chance that our employees will process it incorrectly.

  13. We need tickets for each client on each provider. Currently, one has to click to edit the appointment for each individual client, then select to print that Appointment Ticket in that window. This takes like an hour to print this way. We need a way to print Appointment Tickets for an entire day for all clients.

  15. When looking at products at the brand level, you should be able to see a list of which shops a product is active at. If a product isn't sold at all shops and you want to confirm which ones it is enabled at, right now you have to literally go through each location one by one and search for the product at each one to see if it is enabled or not. This is not sustainable or scalable for us at all.

  16. We have some clients with paper documents (doctor notes prescribing massage, etc...) that we would love to store in their profile. Right now it can be stored as an attachment to notes, allergies, or medications. But it would be nice to have somewhere that can have limited access via permissions.

  17. Would like the ability to return list of staff and their availabilities in one query
    Why: Reducing the number of clicks on a custom booking flow

    Allows for the ability to select a date and them immediately display all the staff and their available times

  19. It would make it easier to be able to, on the fly, adjust the service duration of a booked appointment by being able to change the size of the appointment block by clicking and dragging the bottom of the appointment block.

  20. Currently you can refund a gift card that has already been redeemed. This results in the the balance of the gift card becoming negative. Instead Boulevard should warn or prevent refunds of gift card purchases if a card has already been used.
