Edit/Control Client Instructions Email and Receipt Note at Brand Level
We need to be able to make changes to the client instructions email and receipt note at the brand level. Right now, if we're changing even just one small thing in those messages, we have to do it one by one at all 20+ of our locations

One time discount codes to go with Birthday messages
Have one time discount codes that are personalized and sent with Birthday marketing messages. This prevents abuse by using them more than once, and provides us something to share with our guests for their Birthday.

Support Team Logs
It could be very useful if, maybe on a monthly basis, we could receive a log or summary of all of the outreaches from our team to the Boulevard support team. It would help us to identify any gaps in our training, identify patterns, etc. It could even be anonymous, the goal would not be to get any of our team members in trouble, really just to identify where they might need more support internally.

Add % guest purchasing retail to reports and performance I stead of just $$$.
For instance a stylist sees 100 clients and 32 purchased retail it would be 32%. I know on reports it shows #guests with product, but a % would be nicer for KPI tracking so we don’t have to do the math. The % guests purchasing retail, units sold, and retail $$$ would be nice for staff performance also.

On-site Gift Certificate (Card) Sales
Under our previous system (Booker), clients could walk in, select a gift certificate template, tell us who it was for, what they wanted included on the gift, add special messages, etc. and we could print a nice color gift certificate for them to take with them. While we were talking with the sales folks at Boulevard, I was led to believe that this is also possible with your system (this is in addition to clients being able to buy gift cards online themselves without our help).

Switch guest name
Hello,
When a client books for someone else like their spouse, sibling, or friend, and books the appt under their own name, it would be really nice o be able to switch the names/info without cancelling the appt. Cancelling is such a hassle when the guest is right in front of you and we need to make a quick change before they go back with their provider.We also like to keep notes on our guests for future reference on massage and skin care protocols, cannot link notes to the right profile if we cannot switch the names.

Opposite of “Verified” badges on social media, Client names universally could UI show any lack of required profile data such as a Red “?”
Provide businesses a method to elect what information is required for client profiles (First name, last name, phone number, email, CARD ON FILE) and then any instance of a client not having all of the required field filled, a UI element across any instance of their name (except in reports) that denotes that something is missing. This would create great automatic feedback that our staff and receptionists would pay attention to and correct whenever they can.

Amount of time between appointments
When rescheduling an appointment at checkout, it would be helpful to see the number of weeks between the client's last appointment and the appointment that day.
For example, when checking out, I currently have to manually count the number of weeks between the client's last appointment and the current appointment. It would be helpful to have it calculated automatically when rebooking.

- Today the NetSuite integration can only import sales and payments data as NetSuite invoice objects

Printer Settings
We feel it is very important that Boulevard gives us the option to print receipts that the Merchant and Customer copies are seperated automatically by the receipt printer. We are using the exact recommended Hardware. Our old booking program, their technical support team knew the exact settings for the recommended printer for the recommended browser to use on the desktop (Chrome). They knew every code for the settings to make every part of the program user-friendly in all aspects, including printer settings. Automatically add all service-based net sales
Adding net sales total only for services and products, automatically including the values of vouchers that were redeemed. Currently, we must add these columns together in order to calculate revenue that excludes package, gift card, and account credit sales.
