  1. In our old system, we were able to run a report that showed us our productivity in hrs sold vs. hrs available to sell. We plan according to hours needing to sell for so much to be profitable and it helps to forcast the potential business based on hours booked and hrs still available to schedule. We are Strategies coaching clients and we need this data for our reports with them as well.

  4. We often see old memberships at old prices being reactivated in our shops and though we are trying to solve the problem with training, if we could set a limit on how long after a membership has been canceled that it is able to be reactivated, that would be really useful.

  5. The business would like to choose which reason, by default, timeblocks are created as. Currently, unless otherwise specified, the reason will be set as 'Personal'. This can be easily missed which results in skewed Utilization % tracking.

    Common use-cases for timeblocks are for meal breaks, training, meetings, or 'catch-up time' if the current client is taking longer than anticipated. These would be considered 'Business'. (Staff utilization shouldn't be penalized for meal breaks and the other reasons are business-related.)

    Better yet, have NO timeblock reason chosen by default and make the user select one before saving.

  6. the app is not booking more than 1 resource if the appointment has more than 1 assigned. For instance, if we are booking a hydrfacial, it requires a room as a resource and a machine as equipment. If we book using the app, it only chooses the room, not the machine as well.

  7. Guests get confused at the confirm visit button, the button should say confirm price and then add tip. if the wheel isnt broken don't try to fix it

  8. Require an item (or more) in one's cart for an Offer to apply to another item in the same cart.

    Example: Buy one blowout, get faux lashes for free. The code should not be applicable to the faux lash application unless a blowout is also in the cart.

  9. Privilege groups should include a separate functionality of appointment cancellations. Only authorized staff should cancel appointments.

    We don't want our staff the ability to cancel any appointments, all cancellations should be reviewed by our manager. Some salons have a history of staff taking cash from customers, but then turn around and cancel the appointment to show that the customer never arrived, thus pocketing the full service sale for herself.

  11. The ability to stack / apply multiple offer codes during online booking. Currently, this is only accomplished when applying via the dashboard. This would allow businesses more opportunity to incentivize clients and increase revenue.

  15. Right now, there are three cases that cause a lot of confusion internally.
    - Email addresses are not required for profiles
    - Multiple profiles with the same email address can be created
    - Case sensitivity in emails (which doesn't exist on any other platform), which means chris@ is considered different from Chris@

  16. The business would like to be able to run reporting specifically on refunds. Currently you can see payments and refunds together but there is no way to separate the two. You can also run a Daily Summary and filter to view only refunds but all orders still show just as $0.00 for the refund. They want to see a list of only refunded orders.

  18. Seems like clients are passing on the waitlist option because of requiring a credit card to request a spot on the waitlist. They don't have an actual appointment yet so asking for a credit card feels weird. It would be nice to have the option to pick and choose what requires a credit card?

  19. Make Add-Ons have a mandatory option like the Service Modifiers do. Where you have to choose at least one option. We would like to have "finishing services" for our color, like a blow out or haircut, and we do currently but it would be more proactive to have the client be forced to choose one instead of being able to skip it because it wouldn't give us enough time to finish the service.
