  1. Need a way to get a list of these accommodations, filter if the accommodation is by price, duration, etc so that businesses can identify weaknesses or bottlenecks and either micromanage service providers to correct it or delete the inefficiencies. At current I believe there is no way to find these issues that potentially cost businesses time and money :P

  2. Historical sync with QBO - from an accounting perspective, historical sync is a MUST for any sales platform. Most apps I've used offer this feature and do not charge anything extra for the integration itself. The fact that the Boulevard <> QBO integration is $45/location/month and only begins syncing sales data from the date of integration forward is highly disappointing. If I can find a third-party app that will provide those features, I will definitely switch and cancel my Boulevard integration subscription.

  4. We want to see data for walk-in appointments. How many does each shop get each month, are their trends between regions, do walk-in clients rebook, etc.

  5. Currently the note settings is over all. If a note can be added by the user, they can also edit and delete. The business wants the user to be able to add notes but not have permissions to delete or edit.

  7. At current the notes of messages end with dot dot dot if it is too long, but I do not believe staff are thinking ever that means there is more. I think they assume the clients or note just end abruptly with “…” because that is the way it was written. I think it would be useful if it either opened the full message when clicked or had a more obvious GUI element to denote that there is more besides being plain text “…”

  9. When adding a payment method in the profile area (non-checkout) we only have the option for a manual add or a "swipe". our DUO doesn't even allow for swipes. It would be nice to be able to use the tap or insert chip, or apple pay tap to read a new card and save it in a profile, so that we don't need to manually enter all the data.

    • Pick a date to see Created Appointments & Cancelled Appointments.
    • Appointments appear based on the day they were booked, not the day of the appointment.

    Based on the date, see who created or cancelled an appointment with booking details such as the service, the stylist (with requested option), & appointment date.

  12. Ability to print a draft purchase order.

    I use the purchase orders to let me know what I have that is low in stock, but sometimes I can't order exactly what it recommends. It would be very nice to be able to print the draft PO so I can use that to order without having to continually switch back and forth between windows.

  13. We know that when keying in a credit card number for sale, the duo requires a customer signature on the iPad. We would like to request this signature for every purchase, including tap/dip/swipe. We would also like access to the signature to provide as evidence in the case of a chargeback.

  15. The business would like to be able to limit staff from being able to delete or change phone numbers but want the staff to still be able to view the information. Just not change it.

  17. Apple Pay does not allow one transaction processing multi-merchant account transactions. Client always has to tap/insert card twice.

  20. It is very inconvenient to have to go through every client's appointment with the stylist that no longer works here and delete the appointments. Boulevard should just delete every upcoming appointment that any client has with that stylist.
